Soda stream should be a kiosk. Fight me.
    Cin T.

If I could give zero stars I would. We stood in line at CS for over half an hour all while upper management just walked around looking at who knows what. A team of three were walking towards us and I said something about how the line behind me had only grown. I don't know how much longer I can support a business that doesn't give a rip bout employees and customers equally. That poor gal had zero help and it wasn't until I pitched a fit they got her and the 14 people behind me help. If you're going to make people wait in line for up to 45 minutes you should provide chairs. Not everyone is able bodied. Also, it's unacceptable that I had to show the store manager this failure. No less than a dozen employees walked by or *should have seen that line*! Poor gal.

    Great picture huh

Can someone explain to me how you can come to this pharmacy, anytime day or night, with no one in line, and seven people working behind the counter and yet I have to wait 45 minutes to pick up a prescription, which is just a cream? Please please tell me how I can get this job.

    Sad roma, grocery pickup
    Valerie A.

Today, I adulted. I took some new steps and actually ordered my groceries for pickup. I was terrified! I have always done the shopping, even if it requires several stores and times per week, always me and occasionally a disgruntled teen who wants to see the outside world. The order process online was easy, prices were fair, pick up was same day, the staff that came out with the order was friendly, verified my name and even asked if i had any last moment coupons to apply. They give you paper bags with those twisted/twine like handles so that was better than just flimsy paper. Frozen items were in one bag, veggies in another. My order was near flawless, so close, but somebody slipped me a rotten tomato and that broke my heart. No customer would have chosen that item and it was obviously a messed up Roma. Oh well, I am not too deeply damaged and will give them another chance, but produce should be carefully inspected.

Finally after getting on the computer she found that Freddie's does indeed carry the boots and, shocking, and that the division store had plenty.

Their wine bar is fantastic, and good-priced, and it was fun to watch the last of the World Cup here today. If you're looking for something special or hard to find, this is the place, much like the old Pastaworks was on Hawthorne. They really shine on their produce, pasta and fresh meats here, and there's always something new, but I love that you can count on the bakery for your focaccia and other fresh breads. Cheese case is like Rue Cler, Paris--so much selection and they will tell you about each one of them. Don't be afraid to just ask a lot of questions. I wish that they did some little items in the bakery, one of my fondest memories from childhood was going to Pastaworks with my dad and getting a breadstick, probably eating it before we even paid (we did), as we strolled around, and where's the peanut sauce for pasta, another favorite of the old days, yup, I'm old. Can't say enough good things about this place, it can add up though as others have mentioned, but, if you keep to a list or just slow the roll on the impulse buy, it's actually reasonable and you know you're getting what you're paying for. I've never regretted a purchase here or thought it unfair. I mean, it says Fine Foods right there in the name...:) Thank you for the amazing ingredients for dinner tonight, cheers!

Would be five stars if lady at the checkout showed some basic customer service instead of being passive aggressive and rude. And Revel meats calls itself a butcher counter but when asked to cut meat into portions they said they couldn't do that. I had a VERY full day - seriously, VERY full... I had taken a friend with mobility issues to a play, to dinner and then to Chinese New Year at the gardens. I was determined to get to a birthday party an I refuse to go empty handed. Some of the other attendees were vegan and I know that with New Seasons I do not even have to search for options. Sure enough - I pull up and they even have a sign advertising that they have plenty of vegan options. I had not considered bringing my friend blooms but had to. You walk into that floral and just have to buy something because WOW. I saw gorgeous branches too! Confession time...I was still trying to get Yule down and put away with a mass Spring cleaning and refresh. I grabbed a bunch of curly Willow and blossoming cherry branches - and (spoiler alert) IT WORKED... I promise you will find a picture I attached of them in my living rom for a humble brag. I also got a GORGEOUS bouquet for the birthday Queen for under $25. Snacks easily acquired! Picking just a few was more challenging than anything. And I love that this location has their shopping mall section all together. From stuffed animals to cute and creative books, candles...I have so much I find here and buy because it is quality, unique and fantastic. And then I see this section of wood veneer postcards - so Portland and so AMAZING! A local artist of incredible talent. My dear friend, the birthday Queen happens to be of the fellow Gothy persuasion... Another customer comments about the postcards and says she is a huge fan of the Little Gold Fox cards and asks if I have seen the cards... which she is pointing at... THERE WAS A BAT! These are amazing (again, look at my photos)...I grabbed a stack for my friend, for me to give to other friends - I am framing one and hanging it with all the art I have up at my house. All the staff here were amazing - although I genuinely have that experience consistently with any New Seasons location. People want to help! Even the other customers want to help! How nice is that?!? I definitely think this store may officially win (in my mind) for their arrangement of everything. It was just laid out so nicely.
