Fred Meyer has become increasingly expensive and with more stuff behind lock and key uninviting. An example of price difference is Franz Bagels. Only $2.98 at Winco. $5.99 at Fred Meyer. I find shopping at Winco far cheaper and easier. Tide not behind lock and key. Shampoo not in some enclosed area. Additionally if you want to buy alcohol, they now scan your license or ID. What do they do with the information? Buy your booze and groceries somewhere else. read more

The store is not unlike other Fred's. It's clean, well maintained. The staff and their customer service are lacking as my visit was a simple shopping trip but I think I might have been in a different universe. Asked multiple people for help locating a few items (3 items) and each time I got "I don't know" or try isle X it might be there. Well after running around this store I gave up and left. This was not how I expected Fred's to help a customer. Sorry but I don't care for shopping but to be treated like this is unacceptable. read more

If I could I'd give this Fred Meyer a zero star rating. Never have I ever gone into a Fred Meyers and not be able to buy anything I wanted to because they were out of stock of my normal buys. I've shopped at multiple Fred Meyers and never been so upset on instocks. Highly recommend going to literally any other store instead of this one. read more

So I never went to Fred Meyers until I moved to graham. This location is about 10 minutes away from where I live. EVERYTIME we come in we have a good experience. Everyone is always asking if we're finding everything ok, and they always have a good amount of cashiers working so the wait to check out is never long. I usually have my three year old son with me and he loves to talk and everyone is always sooo sweet to him, he loves it. Today I went in and there was a cashier named swanna working and she was adorable and so sweet. She was so kind to ever person that came through her line. I just like to go to Yelp when I have a good experience and give people a shout out when they deserve it!!! read more

The shopping experience was going fine up until it was time to check out. We went through the u-scan and Sharon was working the area. After we scanned a bottle of Jose Cuervo, presented ID and gave her the bottle to remove the theft tag, we also scanned a 6 pack of bottled margaritas and set them back in the cart (as we had with most of our items before this). She came back as we were going through the pay screens (for seemingly no reason as she did not come back to give us the Jose Cuervo) and rudely said "did you scan those too?" Pointing to the margaritas. We said that yes, we had, and if this interaction ended here maybe I would have been okay with it. However, she then proceeded to squeeze between my husband and the machine to see if we had indeed scanned the item, even though it was visible on the screen as it was the last item scanned. She then scrolled up to double check that we had actually scanned the Jose Cuervo that we had handed her. She then hesitated but did not move and then made triple sure that we had scanned the jean jacket in our cart which we had scanned items ago. Realizing she was wrong for blatantly accusing us of stealing she quietly said "oh.. well..sorry" in a less than genuine tone and moved on as if she had done nothing wrong. My husband had literally had his card in the machine to pay before she cut in, we are in work out clothes and I don't even have my purse with me. This is the most blatant disrespect and accusation of theft that I have EVER received at any Fred meyer in my life. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience and with Sharon's poor customer service/behavior as a whole. This experience has really put a sour taste to our otherwise great day. read more

Oh My God Mackenzie my check out clerk has no hustle about her. So far it has taken her 12 minutes to ring up the lady in front of me. She is more interested in checking out what's she's buying versus ringing it in so that the rest of us can get the hell out of here!!! Slow as hell!! read more

Absolutely horrible. After specifically speaking to someone and having them order a medication that is hard to come by, I called around and found said medication elsewhere and had that pharmacy request the transfer. After requested, the pharmacy called back to inform me Fred Meyer didn't have my prescription (?). I called Fred Meyer, and what do you know, they have the prescription... They then tell me tomorrow I can call the other pharmacy and have them request it (again) - no you can call and have them request it considering everyone did their job and due diligence besides your incompetent staff. Kimberly then catches an attitude and tells me no that won't happen. I ask to speak to whoever I need to in order to place a complaint, this is where it gets even worse. Dawnya then gets on the phone - and I have never experienced a more unprofessional, rude, inept being in my life. She continues on about they will not be following up (after the transfer was already requested and the pharmacy specifically asked they check their fax for the prescription which clearly they lied about doing to the other pharmacy) and then she hung up on me while I was in the middle of speaking. I will be calling in the morning to talk to the department store director. Absolutely ludicrous - this is the first and last day I will be going to Fred Meyer pharmacy. If you need your antibiotic quickly for the sake of your health, do not use this pharmacy. These two individuals, Kimberley (and especially) Dawnya are incapable, undereducated, poor mannered and classless. Fred Meyer should do a better job vetting during their interview process. read more

So tired of their BS digital coupon they do not ring up their 2x points on thur to sat they always forget to put in the system then you have to go to customer service. I shop more and more at Winn Co no need to be on their website to by food and they are cheaper on non sale items. read more

Love Freddies. I mostly go for the meat and produce. Produce is always the best around in my opinion. Everyone I've encountered is friendly and knowledgeable about the store. Only two small quibbles. I have a bum foot and have a temporary disabled parking permit. I've gone there to shop two or three times a week over the last few months and have yet to park in a disabled spot. I swear handicapped people must live there. The other thing is i like the smaller shopping carts, but there is rarely one available. I have to bring one in from the parking lot if i want one. If not for those two things,they would get five stars. read more
