    My Wife & Stepson recently visited the Ross store in Renton WA. on Landing Way 8/23/2025. After…read moretrying on several items in the dressing room my son discovered that he left behind his "Dre Beats" headphones. My wife reported it to a staff member and asked to review camera footage or speak with a manager, but the response she received was dismissive and no meaningful follow-up was offered. I'm disappointed by the lack of assistance and transparency. I don't know what happened to the headphones, but I know that when my Wife called she was told they would be up front. However, when we called the next day they were not. Making the excuse that the lady that she spoke to got the name (of the product) and color wrong. Which left me feeling that customer belongings aren't being taken seriously. I'm sharing this so others are careful with valuables while shopping here, and I hope management improves their loss-prevention procedures and responsiveness. If you experience something similar, document everything and consider contacting the police.

I placed my order through the Target app the night before and selected curbside pickup for today around noon. Before arriving, I properly used the app to notify the store that I was on my way, as instructed. I arrived within approximately 10 minutes and parked in the designated curbside pickup area. I then waited more than 15 minutes without any communication, update, or assistance from staff. During this time, I observed numerous other vehicles arrive after me, receive their orders, and leave, while my order was completely ignored. Concerned that there may have been an issue, I called the store for assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, checking the status of my order, or attempting to help, he responded with: "Why don't you just go inside and get your stuff?" That response completely defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup and reflects extremely poor customer service. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay, provide an explanation, or make any effort to correct the situation. I understand that stores become busy and delays can occur. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. What made this experience especially disappointing was not just the wait itself, but the lack of accountability and the rude attitude displayed when I attempted to seek assistance. This experience left me frustrated enough to leave without receiving my order. I believe the employees responsible for curbside fulfillment and customer service at this location need better training in communication, professionalism, and customer care. * Addition Concern Regarding Incorrect Pickup Confirmation. To make matters even more concerning, after I left the store without receiving my order, I later received an email from Target at 12:11 PM indicating that my order had been marked as "picked up" at the Renton location. This information is inaccurate. I did not receive my order, nor did I authorize any individual to collect it on my behalf. I left the store dissatisfied after waiting without assistance and after experiencing unprofessional treatment from the employee with whom I spoke by phone. Receiving an incorrect pickup confirmation raises significant concerns regarding order handling, verification procedures, and accountability at this location. ** Customers should be able to rely on Target's pickup system to accurately reflect whether an order has in fact been received by the intended customer.

Clothes, sales racks, some household goods, shoes. We did interact with a few associates and all very very polite. One young woman who was returning clothes from the changing rooms was encouraging us to 'try them all on'. She was fun. There is a small fee for a bag at check-out, so carry one or more with you and save a few coins. Located in a shopping area called "The Landing" there are plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you busy all day. After our lunch and a bit of Marshalls shopping we wandered along to a store nearby of which one in our party had never heard. So a big plaza with a variety of shops. Lots of parking, but you may not be near the store you want. Pedestrians look out for vehicles. The sidewalks were well maintained and the landscaping pleasant.

    1 star for this Ross Store…read more I purchased a pair of pliers on May 12, 2026, and after a few uses, I returned it on May 28, because the latch broke--likely due to poor material quality. When I tried to return it, the staff member, Marcel, accused me of breaking it myself, despite my explanation that it was already defective. She even questioned why I hadn't returned it earlier, as if I would return a perfectly working item. This entire experience was unprofessional. Marcel's handling of the return process was poor, and I wish she had better training in customer service. Otherwise, she would probably be better suited in the back room organizing clothes, as she is simply not competent in serving customers. I'm sharing this with my 115 million Google readers to warn them. Because of this, I will not be returning to this store. Additionally, this woman took the defective plier and did not give me my refund. I was also not provided a new return transaction receipt showing the item was processed back into inventory. I was only given my original receipt, so I am unsure whether the return was properly completed in the system, even though the product was taken back. She just gave me the old receipt back and no money was given. Usually, after a refund the cashier would give a new receipt along with the old and the money for the refund. It's about $7.00, so I guess she can keep it, but I will not be returning. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a Ross location. What made the situation worse was the attitude and lack of professionalism during the interaction. Instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly or assist a paying customer, I felt like I was being blamed and dismissed over a low-cost defective item. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or accused when returning a broken product that clearly failed after normal use. I understand store policies exist, but there is also a proper way to speak to customers. A simple explanation, professionalism, and basic courtesy would have made a big difference. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly on the store's management and customer service standards. The worst service I ever had from this Filipino (Asian) woman.

The gentleman helping us (who I assumed is the owner) was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. We talked about width sizes and how people think width sizes work vs. how they actually work. He suggested to measure my foot because people don't always wear the correct size shoe. In the end, What I genuinely appreciated was no pressure to buy. I was left at my leisure to look and ask for what I wanted. When I caught a boot that fancied my eyes, he didn't have my size in stock but came out with one size smaller and He brought it out and helped me put it on. What shook my inner soul was the fact that he was able to instantly slide the zipper up my thick ankles and calf. No hesitation, no resistance, nothing! I stood up and was amazed at the comfort. Even in a boot one size smaller than I normally wear. I wanted to buy that size but he was very concerned about the toe room and informed me about how much toe room I should actually have. So he said he could order my size and because they were in stock at the distribution warehouse center that was close, I would have the boots in 3-4 days. And as promised he called me and I had the boots in 3 days. I was also given good information on when to buy future shoes for different seasons. So that information was beyond helpful. It was good to hear when the good stock would be available. I had such a good visit and experience, I wanted to write my review quickly after my visit but decided I would wait until I picked up my shoes. I wanted to see if I would have the same experience and I did. In fact, the same gentleman was helping another customer who was a first timer and he was just as friendly with her as he was with me. And he didn't even get the sale but he treated her very genuinely. Boots in hand and took them home and they fit even better than expected. I can't wait to go back for more shoes. One was not in stock in the color we wanted so they ordered it from their Edmonds store and will call us when it comes in. The store is small but they have a lot of shoes in back. The shoes on display all have the prices listed on the soles but the actual shoes from the back and the boxes on sale didn't have prices listed on them so they had to tell us the prices. The shoes are very comfortable and high quality but you'll be spending a premium price for them. The ones we got were around $170 and $140 ( that one was on sale). The staff was so nice and helpful
