    Clean and friendly | Floral dept was unsatisfying We shop here for our weekly groceries. I like coming here because it's like a Walmart, which helps me knock out most of the things on my list. Once in a while I'll have something on my list that they don't have, but overall I'm pretty satisfied. I'm mainly writing this review because I wasn't satisfied with my service from the floral department. I ordered balloons from them in the past for my baby shower, and they delivered with no problems or errors. However, yesterday, when we picked up our order of balloons, it was wrong. Now, I'm not that type of person to make a big stink fit and claim it's the end of the world, because it's not, but I was really disappointed. I kept asking myself, "how could they get the order wrong when the guy I talked to on the phone the previous day repeated my order back to me?!" But, somehow the lady who set up my order thought it would be best to change my colors up. There's a reason why I specified the colors and the number in each bundle. This order was for my daughter's first birthday party: 4 bundles of balloons total 2 -- two blue, one green 2 -- two green, one blue How difficult is that to do? It was nice they blew up five other balloons we had at no extra charge though. We ordered the assorted sandwich platter ($29.99) from the deli ahead of time. Picked it up and everything looked great! It was a good idea for our small party of about 10 people. It doesn't come with condiments, so make sure you provide your own at the party. The meat lasts five days after getting it. Overall, I do like this Fred Meyer, which is why I gave it 3 stars. I like it because the cashiers and security doormen/women are friendly. I think it's because they see us all the time and it makes this town feel small and family-friendly.

    Service at check stand not near what it used to be. I hope this is temporary issue because I like the store otherwise.

They said yes and I said ok can you please help me? They told me to fill out a IPad. How am I supposed to know this? Do we not greet people anymore?? They then tell me my husband's prescription will take 15 mins which is no problem. I shopped around target came back waited in the pickup corner and nothing was happening. So I walked back to the front desk and asked if my prescription ready? She says oh yeah. And I then asked very frustrated so why did you not tell me?! She proceeds to say idk. This pharmacy does not have competent people working here except for the kind male pharmacist. The two techs should be written up due to the fact that not only were they rude and extremely disrespectful but I then asked the tech Kristen please ring me up and she proceeded to tell me no I will not give you your prescriptions you need to talk to the pharmacist. So now this employee is threatening my husbands ability to get his prescriptions because she can't handle being told you are doing your job poorly. At this same moment, she starting to yell in front of multiple other patients in line that my husband's prescriptions are not even pain related! She has literally NO IDEA that we spent over 24 hours in the ER with my husband in so much pain with his blood pressure at 160. So for that worker Kristen to say that is a HUGE HIPPA VIOLATION. You are not legally allowed to verbally say something about someone's personal health information. I will be reporting this to the manager as well as CVS corporate. I hope the two tech employees learn from this and I will never ever step foot back in this pharmacy.

After giving them my insurance 3 times and waiting on my prescription for a week they told me today they do not accept my insurance!! And she was very rude about it. I wasted so much time. I will never go back to CVS ever again.

I have a debilitating autoimmune disease and must have parental medication that I need to prevent further spinal cord degeneration. The pharmacy called regarding a prescription and it turned out the provider wrote the scrip incorrectly and was very different from what was documented in my chart and in the visit. The pharmacist told me they do NOT contact providers for clarification or to obtain correct scrip. The pharmacist literally refused to fill the scrip and said that I could not have my scrip. Very rude about it as well. Also, this is an injection and the pharmacist said the scrip did not include needles and syringes so the pharmacist said I was not allowed to have needles for an injectable! Huge red flag that a scrip is wrong if an injectable does not include route or syringes for an obvious injectable medication. Another note: the provider told me she uses this pharmacy because they provide her with financial incentives --KICKBACK PAYMENTS --for sending their prescriptions there. Unethical, unprofessional, rude, and actually ended up exacerbating my nerve damage by refusing to contact provider or correctly fill the scrip. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I share this with a recommendation: if a medical provider says you need a brace device such as a wrist guard or a boot or crutches...look online or with friends for same day delivery or overnight instead. This was my first time needing this type of help and I was shocked to get an additional bill for $272 for a simple wrist guard AFTER my insurance paid $200 already. So this means the organization is charging $500+ for a simple wrist brace. If you can refuse or research any items a company tries to give you by asking who it's billed from. Shame on you synergy medical systems. Terrible predatory behavior for something that's $30 on Amazon!

    This company provides medical equipment to clinics at a huge markup in price. A knee brace that…read morecost $39 online was billed to me at $165. The next brace, "given" to me at the ortho appointment, was billed to me at $455. I could have gotten it online for $156. I have to meet my deductible before insurance kicks in, now I have a bill for over $600, for equipment I could have ordered online for 1/3 the price. I'm not the first person to make this complaint about this company. Fairly certain I won't be the last. Buyer beware.
