I had no signs of this and wanted peace of mind. After reading Patrick's reviews and having seen lots of people recommend him on FB I thought it would be a good idea to call him and find out for sure. Patrick visited me, inspected my attic, entire exterior of my house and my roof to see if he could find any issues and lucky me there were no signs of rodents and he said that my house is in great shape, and I have nothing to be concerned about.
