I was not contacted about this apt and because of her mistake I was dismissed from her dentist office and all my future appointments were taken away. I have Medicaid and it's about impossible to find a dentist that accepts it in Bristol and even the ones several miles away which is only two are not accepting new patients. I think it's very unprofessional. The secretary is very rude and because of her mistake I do not have a dentist. But besides that you should not be taken off the list completely for your other scheduled appts that are made a year in advance. I'm giving her one star only because I have to give her one. I would give a minus ten stars if possible.

I was in tears when I walked through Alamont's doors because I was afraid of being hurt again. They were wonderful! Dr. Shipley is the most patient, friendly dentist! And he knows what he's doing! He did my root canal on short notice ON NEW YEARS EVE because I had an abcess. My hygienist is Amy. She's so good! She's smart and gets the job done while making me feel as comfortable as she can. Don't go anywhere else! This group will fix you up without selling you a bunch of services you don't need. If you call ahead of time and ask if they take your insurance, they'll tell you up front. There were no surprises!

I called Aspen in my new City and was told my temporary dentures ARE my permanent dentures and they would not reline them. My money was wasted on a set of dentures that don't fit. I would like a refund.

I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to pay the bill all at once, and Aspen dental does not have a dental payment plan. Also, prior work on a crown did not last more than a year and they won't honor any kind of a warranty. Stay away from Aspen dental if you want accurate cost information and long lasting results from their work.
