Ana does most of the cooking and is from Mexico so a lot of her dishes are Mexican inspired. The menu changes daily but one of their staples, the Black Bean burger, is the best burger I ever had. When I was there I also tried a Filo pocket and rice croquette with zucchini and tomato sauce. All the dishes are to die for. The fact that the food was fresh and so healthy and delicious I could have easily been eating at a gourmet restaurant and not a food truck. I look forward to finding them again soon :)

I got the Big Lily Mammoth crepe and I'm blown away by how good it was. Deceptively big portions and the crepe holder is a sturdy and perfect way to eat without getting your hands dirty. Pricing may seem high right off the bat, but these things are packed with ingredients and are worth it! I was given a buzzer and waited less than 5 minutes for my order to be ready! The staff was super friendly with big smiles all around and I didn't realize until looking back at photos that the guy was posing for the photo in the back holding up crepes, which is hilarious. Great attitudes, very quick turnaround time from ordering to receiving food and I would highly recommend trying these out if you see them! All their offerings sound delicious and based off my experience, I don't think you can go wrong with any of the choices.
