Beware, they get a fair amount of pickup orders that can cause a delay for your food at peak hours. Got a Chicago dog that was great. It's not on a poppyseed bun but a Texas toast type bun. Very good and fresh. The pickle spear was cut thin making it easier to eat with the dog. Also got pretzel bites with beer cheese and mustard and the mozzarella squares. Big portions of both. Everything was fresh and hot. We'll be back!

The chicken bites are my favorite. They are lightly breaded, more chicken than breading, served with hot honey sauce...so good. We also had the cheeseburger egg rolls...delicious! The burgers are always cooked perfectly with so many tasty options. The food comes out fast and hot. The best part is the service. The staff are friendly and attentive. Ashley is the GM, she couldn't be nicer. It's obvious the staff respect her and they all work well together. We will be back next Tuesday if not sooner.

The onion rings were probably the best I've had, ever. I had five garlic parmasan wings and five mango habanero. These were so delicious and well cooked. My order was taken, and then I sat down and waited for my meal. Mateo brought me my meal with that same warm smile and greeting. About halfway through my meal, he came back to my table, addressed me by name, and asked how my meal was and if there was anything else he could get me. I told him the meal was delicious, and we chatted for a few minutes more. When I asked for a to-go box because I was full and wanted to take the rest home, he brought me a container AND a bag to carry it in. Mateo's service and attention to his customers was superb! I say this because, even though you can sit down and eat inside, this is counter service--you walk up, place your order, and they bring your food to you. What I have never experienced is that kind of personal follow-up and attention after sitting down and starting my meal. I truly appreciated Mateo's thoughtfulness and the genuine pride he seemed to take in making sure his customers were taken care of. Great customer service can completely change an ordinary stop for lunch into a memorable experience, and that's exactly what Mateo did for me today. My buddy and I first heard about Grey Ducks Eats from Cellar West Artisan Ales in Longmont. We try to swing by the taproom every few months even though it's a commute from Denver. When we saw the truck would be setting up shop on Friday, we made the last minute decision to jump in the car and check it out. These guys use local, high quality ingredients, which is paired with an homage to old country cooking techniques. The menu is small, but packed with goodies and the occasional special. +Roast Beef - ($10) Smoked Mayo, Pickles, Crispy Onions, Butter and Microgreens. I don't even remember the last time I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich. This brought me back to my childhood, though the flavors executed were above and beyond your average sandwich. The star of the show is the Millabrød bread, which was hearty and crisp. Everything paired nicely together and you won't leave hungry! The [assumed] owners were so nice and friendly. Plus, the meal was a match made in heaven with Cellar West's delicious beer! I highly suggest tracking down Grey Duck Eats or giving them a shot when you see them pop up at a local brewery in Longmont or Boulder.
