On more than one occasion, I have seen another employee lose his temper and speak rudely to both customers and coworkers. All soft-serves are great and you can add your own toppings at the toppings bar. It's a small place but there is barstool seating inside, and tables & chairs outside.

When we explained my allergy, the employee quickly told us that she could not accommodate it and immediately returned to watching the FIFA game on a laptop. Two young employees were working at the time, and despite there being only one other customer waiting, they seemed distracted, rushed, and more focused on the game than assisting us. I completely understand that a business may not be able to guarantee an allergen-free environment, but the lack of concern, explanation, or effort to assist was extremely disappointing. We'll likely be back at some point since the Pinecrest location (on U.S. 1, about a mile from Target) is convenient for us.
