Argentina's ice cream is one of the best in the world. And this is one of Argentina's best!

One word overpriced. The ice creams are not very good actually the quality is very regular. The brownie is not great either. I came and tried it since it's around my house but I would not come back again much rather go to Publix and pick up a cheaper ice cream from there. read more

Went today Sunday Oct 6 with all my family. Service was beyond terrible, frozen ice creams, long time to wait. So not happy!

I order the brownie with a chocolate mousse gelato on top. To be honest, if you know the gelato is already sweet why would you even make the brownie sweeter than your gelato. You totally overpowered the flavor. I eat plenty of sweets daily but I couldn't even finish the brownie of how sweet it was. Let me just say this place is awesome!! Open late and still having a upbeat attitude, Luis and his lovely coworker (sorry i forgot your name) was very sweet and knowledgeable. Had awesome flavor concoctions to share with us and the prices are reasonable. My boyfriend got the smoothie which you get to pick two flavors and i got the mini sundae. The gelato that they serve is flavorful and hits the spot. If we weren't leaving the next day I would definitely be going back to indulge again. read more

I come here once in a while in the morning for breakfast. I know it's not really known for that but they actually have a delicious breakfast deal in which you get a ham/cheese panini with latte for around $5. It is warm and melt in your mouth yummy. But what really stands out to me about this place is the girl that works there in the mornings... she is brunette. I am not sure of her name but she is absolutely lovely. She has such positive and friendly vibe. She always takes care of my friend and I and serves us at our table making sure we have water, coffee is perfect ect... It's not even a sit down restaurant yet we get 5 start service. You would think we were spending a lot of money. Just yesterday I tried the coffee smoothie and it was so amazingly delicious. But again, sometimes a place stands out because of the amazing customer service and this place gets an A+ from me for that! read more

This review is for the freddo in downtown Doral. My dad and I waited behind 2 families with kids for 15 minutes and the guy didn't even say hi to us. There were three people behind the counter and only one was serving customers. The deal breaker was that he let a new customer cut in line in front of us. We walked out. Then I walked back inside to let him know why he walked out and he just said "oh I'm sorry." Sorry is not enough. read more

Freddo was our spot, my wife and I would not go to any other ice cream shop. Recently they never have regular milk chocolate or mint flavor. Waiting time is up to 15 minutes in line since they don't have enough employees, and on top of that the size of the ice cream cones are way smaller now. I hope you guys go back to being 5 stars like you used to. read more

What a mess this place is. Sorbet was delicious but the employees were frazzled, running about all over the place with no apparent clue. Took 20 mins for my friend to get ice cream on a waffle. I love buying icecream in Amerika! My favorite mint with chocolate chip is everywhere. In the Netherlands you have to look hard or be lucky. At Fredo's they even make a milkshake with it. Great service when our kids couldn't finish their icecream. Packed it up with dry ice and we could take it home. read more

Very good Gelato. As soon as you walk in you see all sorts of baked goods like waffles and crepes that you can choose as a base. You then choose a Gelato and they're kept in big fancy cases. Sampled a few and chose dark chocolate and banana. Then got hazelnut sauce....it was so good...fresh and creamy like homemade frosting. Overall it's awesome. This place was amazing from the quality of the food to the helpfulness of the staff. I had never been to a Freddo location before. There was one veteran staff and two trainees, and they were super busy. That did not stop them from being extremely helpful and allowing me to sample many different flavors. If I could rate this place lower than 1 star I would. My husband and I went here today for the first time and was absolutely turned off by the treatment we received by one of the staff members. As it was our first time ever eating this brand of ice cream my husband asked to sample a flavor and was told by one of the staff members that he needed to purchase an item first before he could be given a sample of ice cream. Have you ever in your life heard sure bull??? He was further told by the server that she was dealing with customers who paid already and therefore unless he paid first he could not get a sample of ice cream. Therefore, saying because we had not paid we would not be treated like a customer or given any time to be attended too. We have never gone into an ice cream shop and been asked to purchase before given a sample or treated in such a manner. We just walked out and will never go back again due to the disgusting and appalling customer service received. Save your money for an establishment that treats everyone with respect and values each customer that walks into their establishment. read more
