Deliciousness in a cup, or waffle bowl I should say. What initially drew me to this place was there ad in the window about berry smoothies. We had a truly horrible experience this evening at this location. We go to BCC on a regular basis and the same for this Haagen-Dazs. I am reluctant to ever go against. The individual at the register was extremely arrogant, rude and condescending. We asked a very polite question in regards to one of the three ice creams that was ordered only to get an insanely rude response from the cashier. She was rude ! Begining and end of story. Attitude attitude attitude!!! Wanted to come for national free cone day, was greeted nicely then an attitude and a point to 4-8pm. I get it we came at the wrong time but then I proceeded to purchase a half strawberry half mint every other Haagen daSz I've been to has never had an issue performing this for me. Then the girl had an attitude because the friend I brought didn't want to buy anything (it was her first time too) so that's even worse she had nothing to compare it to. I got frustrated and said ," I wanted a kids size but whatever." Then the girl rolled her eyes and made a noise. At that point I was through so I said "let's move on and be done with it." Everything got silent then the other girl proceeded to ring me up. Didn't ask if I wanted toppings. As I walked over the first girl went to the back and yell in Spanish to the manager. Little do they know I knew what they said!!!! But as I was getting rung up I asked to speak to the manager. The girl seemed nervous and offered me there rewards program to follow protocol. That's fine but I still need a manager. The manager came out very nice but still did not understand my issue. She proceeded to offer me coupons and try to tell me about kids cup vs mini cup and how they try to only offer it to kids. I said nonetheless it should be asked plus I have gastroparesis (stomach condition) only allows for a certain amount of anything. But yeah so she didn't seem very apologetic continued to tell me how excited they were and from the sounds of it the girl isn't normally like that.
