Freddy himself guided our tour around Walla Walla this last weekend and we just loved him! When I called to book our trip, he was incredibly accommodating even at the last minute (a few days ahead of time) and squeezed us in! He called us the night before our tour day just to make sure we got into town ok and to confirm pick-up for the following day- what a sweetheart! He was punctual to pick us up and was such a kind and warm person to our entire group of 10 girls! He picked the perfect wineries to take us to and completely designed our itinerary as we were first time Walla Walla visitors! Let me tell you this - we were not disappointed! He personally introduced us to each of the owners for the wineries that we went to and acted as our lesson for the wine crews at each place! You could tell that everyone there knew who he was and held him in high regard. We were chauffeured around in a 15 passenger sprinter van, clean, comfortable, and perfect for our large group for our girls weekend! He provided us with water and refreshments, and between each tasting would make sure we were never rushed and were replenished for the next visit. To top it off, he took photos of our entire group for each tasting and messaged me those later to pass on to all of us- how special to have documented this trip! After our tour, he delivered us back to our rental house. He had offered that for any further assistance to give him a call and we took him up on it! An hour or so later, He ended up taking us to dinner for our reservations at T maccarones and back home. Beyond impressed! This last weekend had been a long planned event as a girls weekend. Good friends from Ellensburg came to visit for the first time since we moved to Walla Walla, something I had looked forward to happening. My task was to find transportation, being new to this experience I depended on reviews I read. I decided to take the leap and reserve Freddy G's for our wine tour. What a wonderful experience. Freddy was adaptable and flexible, professional and delightful. This includes his staff and especially Joe who was our guide on Saturday. Initially I planned a Friday afternoon and Saturday tour, but arrival times we too late so I canceled Friday. However in making final arrangements, Freddy was willing to keep Friday flexable and transported us on a call basis to pick up and return u home. Saturday they planned a great tour, Joe was on time, adaptable and doing what he could to make our trip pleasant. Joe made our day. Saturday night we planned to have Joe drop us off in town but we decided to return to the house to rest before going back out. Freddy saved us again when we found we were stranded in town and needed a ride back to the house. I called and asked if there was anyway he could pick us up and return us home, like now. A group of our friends were coming to visit us from Seattle and we wanted to take a wine tour for Spring Barrel in Walla Walla. We used Freddy G's Wine tour and it was amazing! From the second I called him to inquire about our large group he was very VERY accommodating and made everything so easy! He was very prompt on calling back and answering questions. Due to it being Spring Barrel in Walla Walla, we were not able to have Freddy but he assured us that our driver would be great. Our driver was Joe, and Freddy was right! He was so much fun, had a wonderful attitude and was open to suggestions the whole time...basically anything we wanted to do he made it happen. Since we were going to 3 different regions in Walla Walla to wine taste during our 5 hours, Joe even got us lunch while we were at a winery and brought it back to us so we didn't have to waste time. We live in Richland so it was very convenient that Freddy was willing to pick up us up from our home and drop us off there. I did A LOT of research on different wine tour companies in Walla Walla and I am so happy that we used Freddy. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. My girlfriends and I used Freddy G's service this past weekend. Upon a very short notice, Freddy was able to fit us in. He is amazingly organized. We gave him a list of wineries we wanted to visit, and he listed them in the most efficient geographic order. We wanted to visit 13 wineries in one day, but only made it to 6. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the area, having grown up in WW. Freddy made our trip more enjoyable than a limo service. In Freddy's nice vehicle, it was a lot more convenient to be able to communicate all of the impromptu itinerary changes that my girlfriends and I made during the seven-hour service. I find this flexibility to be more difficult to coordinate with the partitioning of driver from riders in limos. And Freddy was so personable and fun! He even helped us make some decisions about where to go and what to do, when we couldn't decide. His incredible knowledge, professionalism, and fun attitude were definitely value-added (and he was already a lot less expensive than a limo service). Though he is not a limo service, he had all the professionalism of a limo driver, if not more. So you won't be disappointed! In fact, he'll for sure exceed your expectations! read more

I sent an employee up to Walla Walla to do some work at one of the vineyards, and needed to figure out a way to get him from the airport to the motel, since he arrived at 10:30pm and all the rental car counters were closed. I arranged and pre-paid Freddy for three trips, including the late night arrival, an early morning (5:30am) pickup at the hotel the next day, then a mid-morning ride from the jobsite back into town to finally pickup his rental car. Freddy did not let me down!! He stayed in close communication with me by text, and I was able to relay info in real time to my spanish-only speaking employee. Not only was he great, but the first night he was scheduled to pick him up from the airport, my guy's flight was cancelled and we had to reschedule his trip for two days later. I let Freddy know right away, and he was totally understanding. On the second attempt, his connecting flight into Walla Walla was delayed an hour, moving his already late arrival time back to almost midnight, and a quick text to Freddy to let him know what was going on, and he assured me he would still be there. My husband engaged Freddy to drive us to and from three wineries during the Fall Release Parties. We did not hire him for the full day, but for six specific pick up times. We did not want to drink and drive. He was right on the mark with timing. Considering the amount of traffic and somewhat limited parking at the wineries during this time, pickup at the front door would be a problem and we knew that some flexibility would be needed. But, Freddy managed to navigate it very well. ......which was nice because it was a bit of a rainy day. What we really appreciated was that he worked with us, looking at his schedule, in picking us up early if needed and also working in some extra winery visits that we had not scheduled. Throughout the day, Freddy was polite, patient and helpful. He carried to and kept our purchases in the van while we partied and also kept our umbrellas, jackets, etc. It was a very nice and pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Freddy G's! I booked the tour and he sent us a list of wineries he would take us to. When we asked to change a couple because we had already been to them, he was very accomodating. His knowledge of the area and the wineries was in valuable. He made appointments, where necessary, and took us in and introduced us at each one. We were treated very well. His was able to get us around easily and give us plenty of time at each winery. He even offered suggestions of places to check out in town on our own. He gave some options for lunch and went back into town to pick up our order while we were at one of the wineries. We were able to sit outside at the next one and eat before our tasting. We truely appreciated Freddy's knowledge, friendliness, and organization. He was very courteous and polite. I could not have asked for a better experience when booking a wine tour in Walla Walla! Freddy G's was recommended to me by a friend, and I will now recommend them to anyone who is going to Walla Walla. I originally had booked a town car for 2 and last minute we met some people in Walla Walla and I called up Freddy and asked to add them on our tour. He was soooo accommodating and made it happen for us. Lisa ended up being our driver and she was awesome! She was super sweet and offered to get us food, took pics, provided water, etc. My boyfriend surprised me and proposed at one of the wineries and Lisa was right there taking pictures, which now happen to be my favorite photos :) We had an incredible weekend and this experience made it that much better! Freddy recently hosted our tasting tour (9 people). He helped me arrange our winery itinerary and, after taking time to understand our preferences, he recommended great places - great wines, great settings, and great hospitality. His relationships with the wineries gave us some opportunities we wouldn't have had on our own. Freddy's driver was great - everyone in our group loved him. He had a great service demeanor. Was good at keeping us on schedule (including herding us cats). Took the lead to ensure we were setup right and taken care of at each stop. Helped a ton when we bought wine, ensuring it was marked and loaded each time. When we got behind in schedule, he made it ok with our next stop. This is the second time I have had Freddy G's (Freddy himself) drive us to the wonderful wineries in Walla Walla, WA and Milton-Freewater, OR. Freddy is an outstanding "tour guide." He is knowledgeable of the area and the wineries and goes beyond 150% to make sure we are having a great time. In fact, we were having such a fantastic time that we extended our 5 hour tour to 7 ~ In the middle of our tour, we needed some "fuel" so Freddy G made a taco run for us and after the tour, he drove us to dinner and back to the hotel. He gave us all sorts of information on the areas of Walla Walla to explore such as the south side for beautiful wineries. It is very cold outside. After promising the kids a pizza night we took the bus to the store and papa murphys so I could fulfill that promise. You see we recently had to move into a shelter. So it is important to keep things as normal as possible so we are having pizza night. After looking in safari and being unable to find a taxi in my area I asked Siri. The first listing was Freddy's. He came within 15 minutes and was very kind and personable. Since we were going back to the shelter I felt a little silly not saying why since I had no obvious bruises. Wow - our girls wine tasting weekend was BEYOND amazing because of Freddy! He was prompt, courteous and insanely helpful. He helped us plan an itinerary and at each winery or tasting room he would personally introduce us to the wine makers and take candid photos of us enjoying ourselves. At one winery things were moving a little slowly and I was worried we wouldn't make the last venue in time to taste. Freddy to the rescue! I found Freddy G's on Yelp for a group of four friends that were headed to Walla Walla for a wine tasting day. From the start communication was easy and smooth and everything happened just as we were told. Joe was our driver for the day and he was great about keeping us on schedule but also had no problem adjusting when we wanted to stay longer at one winery to eat lunch, which he even offered to run into town to pickup (I have no idea if this is standard but it really is a great addition!). We had the best experience with Freddy G and his team during our Bachelorette party wine tasting day in Walla Walla! Freddy was such a great communicator in the days leading up to our visit and Jose was our driver on the day of and he was timely, courteous and went out of his way to make sure we were having a good time. Had an absoluate blast with Freddy on our wine tour! Fun girls weekend with my mom and best friend, the tour was a surprise from my brother, and what an incredible surprise! Was the highlight of the entire vacation! Freddy came to,pick us up with two bottle of wine (which we saved for later) and took us on a fantastic tour where we met some of the winemakers and learned about their wines and backgrounds, so interesting! We also had the opportunity to barrel taste and since the grapes are ripe and it was during harvest we tasted the different varieties. We used Freddy G this weekend in Walla Walla and had an amazing experience!! We had 6 people and Freddy's vans are extremely comfortable, nice AC with how hot the weather was as well as water and refreshments in a cooler! Our tour with Freddy G was amazing! He came highly recommended and far surpassed all my expectations. This was our first time to Walla Walla and it was a surprise trip for my daughter's birthday.
