As we pulled up to the winery's drop off and pick up area, the sprinter van belonging to Walla Walla Wine Limos was blocking the entrance. Our driver, politely got out to let the other driver know that our group had someone that was mobility challenged and if he wouldn't mind pulling forward a little bit. The drivers, from Walla Walla Wine Limo's, response was to flip our driver the finger and tell him too bad, park around back. To avoid conflict and to keep our experience positive, our driver parked on the side of the winery. As we exited our vehicle, the WWWL driver stood in an aggressive stance and glared at each of the people in our group. A few of the people in his group came over and apologized for their driver's behavior. What a turd. There was no reason for his demeanor and attitude.

He took the time to call the wineries to move our reservation because we were somewhat late due to our extra request. The Mercedes sprinter limo was spacious, clean, and water was provided which was a nice touch. It was clear that Ken's goal was to ensure that our group enjoyed itself, and we certainly did. We were a party of six and were late for our show time. I notified our guide via text and when we arrived we were greeted with a smile and understanding. Andy has a cooler on the front of his bike where you can place your lunch items and a box on the back for any items you don't want to carry. He is very intuned with your comfort. After receiving instructions on how to operate the bike the adventure began. He carried a speaker so you pedaled to music. We visited 3 wineries. Had lunch at the second stop. Each location was ready for us and were familiar with our guide. Very fun day riding out in the county. Highly recommend this adventure. The owner is friendly and very much in tune with your comfort.

Loved the shampoo, conditioner and lotion! The breakfast! Tim (owner) is a fantastic cook! Each night we would place an order for what we wanted for breakfast the next day! Ali was great from the start, she listened to our desires and offered opinions on different options. We settled on an itinerary and then realized we had given Ali the wrong date (off by a week)! She shrugged it off, canceled all of our original reservations and worked with us to create an even better itinerary for the correct date. She picked us up right on time and was extremely friendly, attentive, and informative. She obviously has forged good relations with many Walla Walla wineries. She arranged lunch, from Graze in Walla Walla, which was served at a lovely setting on an outdoor patio at Saviah winery on gorgeous June day. Though we ran a little late during our last visit at Devison (great winery suggested by Ali), she didn't charge us for the extra time. We visited four great wineries; Saviah, Garrison Creek, Doubleback, and Devison. Garrison Creek and Doubleback were on the exclusive side while Saviah and (especially) Devison were more casual. It was great for us as we enjoy both types. The Touring Company checks all the boxes for a great guided wine tour. My wife and I have used touring companies from California to France and The Touring Company, Ali specifically, was as good or better than any.

Gabe called a few days ahead of the trip to check in, see if we needed any recs/help with itinerary/etc and then arrived a bit early to wait for us day of: He provided a cooler fir wine with water, picked up our picnic lunch for us while we were at a tasting, and checked in on the group periodically to be sure we were doing good on time. He lugged our wine around for us and had a cool car pulled up when we departed each winery. Very flexible when our plans changed a bit. Highly recommend for any group, or even just two people who don't want to worry about drinking and driving.
