I had a thyroid issue found by my regular GP who recommended me to Dr. Goll. I had gotten an ultrasound and when he saw me, he did his own scan and found more that was missed on the original ultrasound. This was critical as the additional tumors found determined whether a part of my thyroid could be saved. He is very direct and blunt - exactly what I want in my doctors - and advised that the whole thyroid would have to removed. I made an appointment to find out about my chronic sinus issues that I have been dealing with most of my life. This was my first ever appointment with an ENT. The doctor literally only spent 5 minutes with me. His exam was briefly looking into my nose and then giving me a suggestion for nasal gel. He told me to get a CT scan and he will call me with the results. I went ahead with the CT scan because I was curious what would be found. A few days later, I received a voicemail saying "everything looks good. Just a deviated septum (There were a couple other issues mentioned on the report that Dr. Goll said nothing about). Keep doing what you're doing." Now I am looking for a new doctor for a second opinion as I can't live this way. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Please, please go elsewhere. Save your money. The doctor literally spent less than 10 minutes with me. They didn't do any CT scans or tests. Didn't even look into my nasal passages. They only looked at my medical records from my previous doctor that was over a month ago. The doctor just told me I would need surgery. Talked so fast, I asked if he could explain the surgery again to me in detail. He said "we'll stick a tube down your throat, you'll be out and etc etc" Wow, great bedside manners. As if surgery wasn't scary already, his explanation of the surgery made it even worse. Then, no one told me for weeks how much the surgery was going to be. I had to call several times to finally get an answer. I paid $275 to talk to the doctor for maybe 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Do not go here. read more

I do not understand those negative reviews. I had a serious nose bleed and could get an appointment the next day. The people on the phone were efficient and fast. Appointment was confirmed the day before. Dr. Goll was friendly and very explained the procedure to have my cauterization done. Of course, it is not a painless experience but it was much less painful than I expected. All and all, the price was pretty reasonable (I have insurance though) and the procedure done quickly and efficiently. read more

Dr. Goll and his colleagues at both at the St. Rose office and the surgical center on Sunset are amazing. He was punctual with our appointments and put my 4 year old and myself at ease. The surgery scheduling and preparation was easy. The surgery center takes in account of the needs of their patients and tries to get their pediatric patients done first. Day of surgery is a breeze. Post-op day one and I have had 4+ calls from the post op RNs and Dr.Goll checking in and sharing pathology results. A seamless and stress free experience. 5/5 would definitely recommend! read more

My 20 yo son has been a patient w/ Dr. Goll for 18 years, he's had many surgeries (ear tubes, tonsils, adenoids, etc.) so you can say my son has been a frequent flyer with Dr. Goll. My son has had some ear issues even at the age of 17 - when seeing Dr. Goll and asked for help for my son, he simply said, "well, his ears don't work right." That was no help and pretty snarky. Most recently, my son has experienced excruciating ongoing ear pain. Took him to urgent care, they did their best to help and gave him antibiotics. The pain got worse over the next several days so got an appointment w/ Dr. Goll who spent about 30 seconds w/ my son. My son went into an in-depth explanation of how bad his ears hurt, he wasn't able to do much of anything besides wear noise-canceling earphones to muffle any sounds, sit around and sleep. After the 30-second appointment where Dr. Goll only looked in Sam's ears, said, "I don't see anything, so you will take Steriods for 6 days and take Mucinex D." Nada. Nothing. A week later after taking the steriods, Mucinex D as directed, my son had to go to the emergency room because NOTHING good had changed. The ER Doc was awesome, actually listened to him, did a full exam of his head, throat, felt around the outside of his ears by his jaw and BAM, diagnosed him w/ TMJ - got him a nightguard, and after getting used to wearing a nightguard, my son is so much better. He had no idea he was grinding and clenching his teeth. He continues to improve, thanks to the ER Doc at ER Green Valley Ranch! We will are DEFINITELY seeing a new ENT moving forward, already have an appointment with a new ENT Dr. Dr. Goll used to be good, decent - not so much anymore. I am very dissatisfied with my Inspire machine and do not recommend it to anyone. The device was installed by Dr. Frederick Goll III, M.D. on 11/2021 and I have had nothing but trouble since day one. The Inspire Representative was supposed to help calibrate the Inspire machine and it was never done to my satisfaction. I have had more sleepless nights than prior to having the device installed. Prior to the device being installed I stopped breathing 37 times an hour on average. Now, I sleep even less than before and have had nothing but difficulty. The machine is connected to nerve endings in the tongue and I slur my words and mumble even when I do not have the machine activated. At times, it takes up to 12 hours before I stop mumbling once the machine remote is turned off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE INSPIRE MACHINE TO ANYONE. This has me very dissatisfied with my Inspire machine and do not recommend it to anyone. What a true nightmare and I am in a worse health predicament than before. I sound like I am drunk and on drugs in the morning and throughout the day and have been out of work for 15 months. I stopped using the machine and have been promised that the Inspire People would call me to rectify this matter and I am still waiting for a resolution. I stopped using the machine months ago and still slur my words. Dr. Goll does not take Medicaid and I DEMAND the DEVICE be removed because I feel like I will hopefully stop slurring and mumbling and will get my life back. I had a referral to see Dr. Goll and his office contacted me to do a virtual consultation??? I declined and waited a month later for them to see me in the office. Dr. Goll was very kind and professional however I will not see him again. I told him what my issue was and his answer was to give me nasal spray prescriptions which I had already tried from my primary care physician and explained that to him. I went to him because he was a specialist however he did nothing for me that my primary care physician hadn't already done. I started the process of obtaining a implant called inspire to help sleep apnea in January. I am a candidate and went through 2 sleep tests and an endoscopy in the course of two months. The insurance company said the surgery is approved until July 28. Fredrick Goll CHARGED an $1,000 fee that other doctors don't. I saved for months and asked family members to take time off from work . On July 23, I got a call saying the surgery was cancelled. I waited 7 months so I could save 1,000 and then the Friday before the registration Debbie from the office left me a voicemail "I got bad news ... the surgery is cancelled"... They had 9 months to check and make sure the hospital did the procedure there... sunset hospital... so this is the worst customer experience I've gotten so much so that it caused me to have a manic episode and triggered my bipolar condition. I told him I was having very bad pain and ptoblem with right ear . He said " oh it's probably just that you had flu I cleaned your ears you'll be fine . I said sir I need you to look further into this ... I WAS DISMISSED. He didn't approx three minutes with me ... I went in as a referral from my Primary care doctor. Doctor Goll was supposed to scope my sinuses and his assistant numbed my nose and had me sign a consent form and then never scoped my sinuses?? He never even took into consideration what I told him about how I was feeling. Just gave me a prescription for 40.00 nasal spray and sent me on my way. Good/Knowledge Doctor- Horrible support / office staff. Disorganized and a complete mess.

Avoid this doctor. My experience was very poor during and after the "attempted" balloon sinuplasty in the office. After multiple injections into my nasal passage (excruciating pain), I was still barely numb. That should have been the first red flag. In spite of that, Dr Goll proceeded to insert the instrument and camera into my nostril and down into the sinus area. I could barely tolerate it, and my heart started racing. I couldn't speak, so I started making noises and clapping on my chest. He got the hint, recognized there was an issue, asked if it was my heart, and I nodded yes. Dr Goll checked my pulse, then stopped the procedure. He kept my there until my pulse stopped racing. He then advised that I would have to have the surgery outpatient hospital. Dr Goll advised the office would call me to set a date. That was May 26, 2020. Today is August 1, 2020. After leaving three voice mails and no call back, I'm totally disgusted. He FORGOT to call me back but billed my insurance company over $6k for this procedure that was not even completed? His office did send me a bill for an office visit with a copay for the surgery. read more

I don't usually post but thought I needed to share my experience with this office. I called to schedule an appointment for my sinus issues and was scheduled with Dr Goll. I had to leave a message but my call was returned a couple hours later and I was able to schedule with in a couple weeks. I went in with my paperwork filled out (they have a website that has info on Physician as well as downloadable paperwork) within 10 mins I was called back. I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes. This included meeting with his Surgery Scheduler to schedule surgery that would take place in about 3 weeks. Dr. Goll is a patient friendly Physician. I am pleased thus far with him and his friendly staff!! I highly recommend this office for your sinus or any ENT issue. read more

Dr Goll did my son's surgery last month. When I called to make an appointment the friendly scheduler was able to fit my son in the following week. I downloaded the paperwork off their website (if you have an appointment I suggest you do that) and came in with the paperwork filled out. My checkin process was quick. We were called back in a room within 10 minutes after arriving. His staff was nice and friendly. After the nurse took information Dr Goll entered the room shortly. He made us feel very comfortable, especially after finding out my son needed to have his tonsils removed. He explained in detail the surgery process and made sure I understood. He also asked if I had any questions or concerns. I then met with his surgery scheduler who scheduled his surgery a week and a half later. I was very pleased with the way Dr Goll and his staff handled the care of my son and highly recommend this group for ENT issues. read more
