IF the tour site had specified that a minimum of guests were needed to have the tour; and IF we were informed of that, we may have responded differently. Badly done. It sounds like others had a positive experience. Be sure to verify that the tour is really happening. They will not.

The society recently erected the statue of Admiral Nimitz, which is quite impressive. Nimitz played a major historical part in Naval history during World War II, specifically the Pacific War. Two years after the bombing in Pearl Harbor the Pacific War led to the defeat of the Japanese at Guadalcanal in 1943. This is a nice park to stroll through. Lots of history and memoriam dedicated to all of the fallen soldiers and other who contributed during the Pacific War. Also, nobody complained that we walked our dog through the park with us (no potty though please). The traffic on Main Street was very loud with stores still open. The jail was very creepy and off in a quiet dark area. We had to use our phones to see. Good way to end the tour!!
