Instead Brad, the owner, picked up and came out right away. My garage door spring had snapped and the door was so heavy it wouldnt budge. I was completely stuck. Brad could have easily taken advantage of the situation or delayed the service or charged a premium knowing I was desperate but he did none of that. He showed up quickly was professional, was honest, and got everything fixed the same evening. No games no upselling just great service and someone who clearly cares about doing right by their customers. Thanks again, Brad. The family appreciated the help tonight.

Knew in the back of my mind I was regretting to use this service but neeeded the garage fix. Do not use this company. The light flickered nonstop and the unit refused to even attempt functioning. I ordered a brand new jack shaft/side opener off Amazon and was going to try installing myself. But then I discovered our garage door was super unbalanced (the spring had lost a lot of tension I guess). This would likely make the new opener unable to function, and garage door springs are not safe for a DIYer to mess with, so I was stuck and decided to call in the professionals. I reached out to a few businesses on Yelp, and... Pros: They responded quickly to my Yelp request with an actual estimate (only company who did) They stuck to their estimated schedule, arriving right in the middle of it Devin is an awesome guy and a super skilled installer who knows what he's doing and more importantly: cares about doing it well! He was really friendly, worked quickly (took about 90 mins altogether for everything), took care of all the little details, cleaned up the area when he was done, and walked me through all the operations of our new door opener at the end. We chatted a bit as he worked and had a pretty good time while still getting everything done blazingly fast. Easy Open accepted Zelle for payment which is super convenient for those of us who never have cash and don't know where their checkbook is! What really stood out to me is that they genuinely seem to care about their customers.
