Although I can't guarantee this will always happen, I called today to set an appointment and they sent a serviceman out within the hour, SAME DAY. I was quoted a price for the dryer duct cleaning (same as the previous year, no increase) and was also told they'd throw in a dryer lint filter cleaning at no extra charge. After years of putting off cleaning our ducts and furnace/air conditioning, we decided to use LA Duct Cleaning for our home in West Hills. I had no idea how much dirt and dust accumulated over the years and can't thank Jose and his team enough. The work they did was fantastic and they were super clean. I have no idea how they managed to get all that dust out without making a mess, but they did and the entire system is spotless. He helped me get a proper air filter for the unit (mine always seemed a little too big) and they custom made a reusable filter for us. If you're thinking about cleaning your ducts.... Do it! I wish I called them years ago. The services are very reasonable for the amount of work the job entails and I will definitely be doing this every few years to maintain the system.
