Jim was great. He responded very quickly to give us an estimate for a sewer line repair. He did everything by the book. He told us it would take a couple of weeks because dig alert needed to come out before they started digging. They ran into some extra work when digging to where the pipes connect. After repair was done they had to wait on the city to inspect the work. We would recommend him in the future read more

They've replaced a cracked sink for us, carefully saving the granite top that an overly zealous installer had overcaulked. We have installed two new Kohler toilets on 02Oct. in last few days one of the toilet in master bedroom I continually hear a high pitch sound when filling up the tank. after removed the top cover and flashing the toilet, noticed time after time water started to dripping down on the float cup that may be the function of anti-siphon design, but high pitch noise is a indication of a defective fill valve. my wife said I'm so paranoid!(what she know about appliances)! contacted Beck's Plumbing in the morning same extremely nice lady respond. arrangements for replacement set up in the early afternoon the same day. that is super follow up service. Mr.James Beck owner of the company's show up on time as scheduled with two fill valve replacements. which we only need one. surely its a defective fill valve. James had it replaced within few minutes taken the time explaining what may be the issue even is new equipment. inaddition James answered few other "Concern" that I have regarding water noises in the house as free Consultation. ladies and gentlemen I truthfully appreciated such good Integrity and service. read more

Can't say enough about this family owned business. We had an emergency pipe leaking situation and they arrived within a timeframe convenient for us. The leak was diagnosed and fixed within an hour. This is my second positive review for these guys. Last time in 2016 when they installed a hot water heater, this time was for a master bathroom job. Jim, the owner, came by to estimate on a Friday with competitive pricing. Squeezed me in the following Wednesday and knocked out a days work in 4 hours! They are my first go-to plumber for the last few years. The lady who answers the phone is not just knowledgeable but very kind. She has always promptly returned my calls. I live in Camarillo. Elijah is the one who covers this area and has come to our house a few times over the years now. He was always on time, pleasant, efficient and clean. I liked that they were always upfront with the costs and I felt their charges were fair. They don't take advantage of people who are in dire situations. tried to update my previous review in regards to being without a kitchen sink for a month. I want to correct as it was brought to my attention that the $125 I was charged at the final visit was not for the work to get the installed faucet working again but rather to clear my guest bathroom sink clog; which took about 10 seconds. My mistake for misunderstanding the charges as normally I have not been charged $125 for a drain clear. Some that have been much harder. I called one plumber for an emergency clear on a weekend during a party for an upstairs sink. He charged $95 i really need to find his number again! so I wasn't in fact charged twice. I was just charged $125 for 10 seconds & waited a month to get water in the kitchen. I did call several times left two messages and spoke to them twice. With two visits out regarding the issue. Again I was out my kitchen sink for a MONTH which caused a huge inconvenience for me. In addition... The piece that broke was the water flow piece. so I will be needing to replace the faucet anyways to ensure I don't waste water. so just an update and a correction of my previous review. Because i did get a call from the company Pointing out MY error. So helps to clarify it. A Month. No kitchen sink . no follow up until I got upset! let's see them be without a sink for a month and have a house full of children to take care of. NOT EASY. So thank you for the compassion and understanding in my situation- the faucet was installed within 6 months. I was told the piece was broken to begin with. And I was told the hard water caused it to break... two different stories by same place. I believe the piece came broken or was broken during installation. Hard to believe my water which isn't bad here would deteriorate a piece of the faucet mechanism in such a short period of time causing it to break. read more

Had a plumbing issue a few days ago and as all good Yelpers do, I opened my Yelp app to find a five-star plumber. I called Beck plumbing and spoke with a nice lady and gave her my information and the issue I was experiencing. I believed I had a leak in a pipe from my upstairs master and it was slowly leaking down the wall and discoloring my baseboard in my living room. Jim and Jeremy came to my house the following day after my initial call and confirmed it was a cracked pipe. Jim is the owner of Beck's plumbing and he is a really nice man. I can see why these guys have all 5 star ratings. Jeremy completed the job quickly and kept me informed of all he was doing. Once the job was completed, he ensured the worksite was clean before departing. Overall, this was a great experience and I am thankful to Beck's for coming out quickly and taking care of my problem and doing great work at a good price. Called Beck's this morning and a very friendly lady said the fellows could be there between 2-4 today. Wow! Same day service. Jim and Jeremy arrived around 2:40 and within 45 minutes they had repaired our rusted leaking hose bib! Very friendly and very efficient workers. Cut the rusted pipe and then capped it off. I have never used the bib. I certainly would recommend these guys!!! Best service ever. read more

Awesome people! Jim has been out to our house once before but this time we needed a huge job done (3 days). He and his crew did a great job for a good price. Cleaned up so nicely after, it looked better than before. My kid told me not to put salad in the garbage disposal....."It's a garbage disposal." I yelped back. Go figure. I checked Yelp for help and saw the outstanding reviews for Beck's Plumbing. I called them this morning around 8:20am and was advised they would be in my area and could be here within next 80 minutes. YES!!! Becks arrived promptly! Ultimately, they used their industrial snake to unclog the drains. I was amazed at all the twists and turns there are in pipes. In any case, they were done within an hour and problem solved! THANK YOU!!! For me, it was well worth the $95 service fee. Beck's Plumbing was fast, courteous, professional, helpful and reasonable. Highly recommended. Got a new water heater today. Clarissa fielded my call with class, Jim did a first rate job, and his two boys, ?Jason and Jeremy? are great helpers too. Jim is kind and friendly, knows what he's doing and blasted through the job quickly and expediently. He told and showed me everything I needed to know about the new device, even making sure to register for the warranty online. He could tell that I like things done nicely, and worked the same way.
