I was able to get an appointment quickly. After a brief wait, the tech explained that they'd be repairing (not replacing) my windshield. I dropped my car off and ventured off to run some errands with a friend. About an hour later, I got the call that it was ready. The tech told me it would take about 15 minutes, but I told him there was no rush as I was leaving, so I suspect this is why it took longer than quoted. In addition to the windshield repairs and replacements, this location also does window tinting which seemed to be a fair price.
