Recently I hired AGD Auto Glass Direct (AKA Glastek) to replace the windshield in my car. Prior to…read morehaving it scheduled, I asked if there was any sort of cash bonus/offer. Based on my vehicle, they told me $90, at which point I filed a glass claim with AGD/Glastek on the line. Once the claim was filed, I was told by my insurance to expect a link by text to take photos of the damage. While I did receive the link, AGD/Glastek called me just a few hours later stating they had the referral to complete the work and wanted to schedule. I questioned this as I had done nothing with the link yet that was provided by insurance, yet they assured me that b/c they had the referral I was good to go. The following day they replaced my windshield, but did not give me the $90 (claimed they forgot it and would mail it). Well the following day after that, they called/text me stating they needed my help as my insurance company wasn't paying them due to an issue with the referral. They asked me to call my insurance, which I did (spent an hour of my time trying to sort out their problem). My insurance company indicated they never sent any referral as I never sent in the pics, etc. They indicated AGD/Glastek jumped the gun and should not have replaced the windshield without the proper referral in place. A day or two later after that, AGD/Glastek reached out to me and threatened that if I did not call my insurance again to assist them that they would refuse to pay the $90 cash bonus. At that point I became quite frustrated with their demeaner and/or threat, seeing they are the ones who created this entire problem. So as of now, they never paid their cash bonus that they agreed to. Beware, I would strongly encourage anyone to look elsewhere as this is clearly false advertising.

The whole overall process was amazing. I had made my claim Sunday morning and was contacted 3 hours later and scheduled a time for installation. The overall process was less than 6 days, would definitely recommend if wanting a fast and reliable service!

I was left with a dangling rear view mirror and I was in contact with the owners and they said they would get back to me with the warranty info. I have not heard from them and it seems impossible to even get through when calling the customer service number. Very disappointing when I paid a significant amount of money to get it replaced and now I am going to have to get it replaced again just a few months later due to their careless work.

Also made me drive 40+ miles as they claimed it was needed to calibrate cameras indoors. That's crap This windshield cracked from stress, bottom seal was off the mark and calibration isn't necessary. I just had it replaced again in WI from a tech that pointed out accurate short falls and omg the thickness and weight of my windshield now is night and day. The work was completed in a record amount of time, my vehicle was left clean without any damage. Pricing was very reasonable, about half of what one of the "big guys" quoted me. My new windshield is perfect and I get free rock chip repair for the life of the windshield. Betty at the front desk was quite nice, professional and courteous; she also has a good sense of humor. All in all a nice experience with these folks and they have a customer for life!

After one of their…read morecompetitors damaged my window regulator while "trying" to replace my door glass, late on a Tuesday afternoon, A Plus Glass replaced both the door glass and the regulator at a moments notice. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and after the glass company, my insurance company scheduled to replace my door glass, wasn't experienced enough to replace it, I was at the end of my rope. We had our Toy Hauler loaded and ready to leave for the mountains in the morning. I called Chaney's Collision Center and spoke to Joe Downey. I explained the situation to Joe and he immediately, without hesitation said he would take care of everything from the repair to billing the Insurance company. He coordinated the repair with Carmele and Betty at A Plus Glass and told me to take my truck over to them ASAP. When my wife arrived at A Plus Glass they were waiting for her so they could start the repairs. They quickly got the vehicle to a Technician and he immediately went to work on it. It was now almost 4:00 and they didn't have the part in stock. Most companies would have told my wife she would have to come back tomorrow. Not A Plus Glass. They sent a driver out to the east side of the valley to pick up the part they needed to complete the repair and they even stayed after hours to finish the job.There was some question about my insurance coverage of the window regulator but A Plus Glass said not to worry, they would bill the insurance company and if they didn't cover it they would let us know and bill us. That was going way above and beyond. Thanks to Joe, Betty, Carmele, the Technician and anyone else behind the scenes for providing "World Class Customer Service!!!!! I would recommend both Chaney's Collision Center and A Plus Glass to anyone that needs Collision or Glass repairs.

They gave me an appointment date and I brought my C8 in and hung out in their lobby reading. Justin and a manager (?) did a great job installing the window. The C8 is sitting in the garage now and in a day I'll reattach my front camera and tuck some wires in the molding as the window will have set and I'll be able to work on it without messing up the install. Overall great service and I recommend them.
