I remembered the last time I was in town I had a chip repair and had a good experience so I called them again so I spoke to Paul and got the cheapest quote then anyone else, and I had the same day appointment, it was awesome that I had a same day appointment!!! Paul went over with me about the service and to pay after the service is done and if I would like to pay with credit card it would be a charge on the card 3%. Paul was respectful, acquainted,and went above and beyond with job he explain details by details he notice i needed wipers and told me he can also change my wipers cause it was ripped at the rubber on the bottom and I didn't realize so I got new wipers replace as well. I saw a sign from Quacked, stopped and asked Tom a couple of questions, then went into the store and did my research. I came back the next morning, sat in my car and ate breakfast from Taco Bell while chatting with Tom as he filled and cured the hole in my windshield. I've included a photograph. I'm very happy with the result. You can see a tiny bit from the outside (pictured) and nearly nothing from the inside (so not pictured.) In the past two weeks, I've had stones on AZ 303 damage both my hood and my windshield. I suspect I will be seeing Tom again soon. The price was reasonable, the conversation friendly, and it was somehow comforting that the work was done by the steady hands of a retired tree surgeon. Time from start to finish was about 20 minutes. I left the reflection of the phone's lens in the picture for a reference point. Very small visible mark afterward, much better than I expected.

We planned our Saturday around this appointment and had to arrange our schedules so we could leave the vehicle there and have a pickup. We were also halfway there from Avondale when we were called. They explained that the appointment was made the night before and that didn't allow them time to get the glass. Fine... Don't wait until 20 minutes before an appointment to tell us. That's completely and totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Fix your broke process so others don't go through this!!!

After one of their…read morecompetitors damaged my window regulator while "trying" to replace my door glass, late on a Tuesday afternoon, A Plus Glass replaced both the door glass and the regulator at a moments notice. It was 3:00 in the afternoon and after the glass company, my insurance company scheduled to replace my door glass, wasn't experienced enough to replace it, I was at the end of my rope. We had our Toy Hauler loaded and ready to leave for the mountains in the morning. I called Chaney's Collision Center and spoke to Joe Downey. I explained the situation to Joe and he immediately, without hesitation said he would take care of everything from the repair to billing the Insurance company. He coordinated the repair with Carmele and Betty at A Plus Glass and told me to take my truck over to them ASAP. When my wife arrived at A Plus Glass they were waiting for her so they could start the repairs. They quickly got the vehicle to a Technician and he immediately went to work on it. It was now almost 4:00 and they didn't have the part in stock. Most companies would have told my wife she would have to come back tomorrow. Not A Plus Glass. They sent a driver out to the east side of the valley to pick up the part they needed to complete the repair and they even stayed after hours to finish the job.There was some question about my insurance coverage of the window regulator but A Plus Glass said not to worry, they would bill the insurance company and if they didn't cover it they would let us know and bill us. That was going way above and beyond. Thanks to Joe, Betty, Carmele, the Technician and anyone else behind the scenes for providing "World Class Customer Service!!!!! I would recommend both Chaney's Collision Center and A Plus Glass to anyone that needs Collision or Glass repairs.
