Each day seemed to present a new and unanticipated challenge. On one of those days, we found ourselves trying to figure out how to move a rather heavy fountain from our old house to the new house. We turned to Yelp for recommendations. After reading several reviews, we decided to call Shane's Hauling. Thanks to Shane, the fountain was successfully moved to its new location the very next morning. A day or two later, we called Shane again. This time needing help moving our upright piano into a dumpster. And again, he was quick to respond. On the last day of our move, we made one final call to Shane. He came right over that day to help collect our hazardous waste to drop off at the Hazardous Waste Recycling Center and load two heavy trunks so that we could transport to the new house. Shane is quick to respond, professional, flexible, personable, and offers very, reasonable pricing. We are so thankful to Shane for his assistance (and kindness). Shane you are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

I purchased roof panels with waves and should be installed a certain way for if it rains, the water should flow downward and not get stuck between the waves/ridges. This company cut the panels the wrong direction which, if install will not allow for things to flow as intended. Between the late delivery (result in loss time and money with the contractor), delivering materials that can not be installed, and just unsatisfactory customer service provide not a great experience. This company does not own up to their mistake nor do they want to correct their mistake. They refuse to cut the panels and deliver the new panels. I just want to share my experience with everyone who have reached out to this company. They are unprofessional. Truly disappointed with the whole experience.

Despite this, they showed up with a truck that was not large enough to fit all of our furniture and items. This caused us to have to make a second trip in which we had to leave even more behind than we anticipated. They damaged a few pieces of furniture (including our couch and dining room chairs,) they scratched the floors moving out of our old residence, and they damaged a wall moving into our new residence. Management has failed to adequately address the situation despite promising they would multiple times now. If you are looking to move in the SF Bay Area, I would not suggest using Truket.
