We found her dress in under an hour, I was ready to be for awhile or have to go somewhere else. She is extremely happy and that was important to me this is a big moment in her life and you don't get a do over for prom. Can't wait to see the reveal, makeup appt made, nail appt made and hair. Casual to dressy clothes in many, many styles in so many different fabrics. They had so many beautiful winter items on sale but I was concentrating on spring. The salesperson Sheila, was very helpful and made called another store to see if they had a certain jacket in my size. The prices are so reasonable and the quality on most of the pieces I looked at was great.

I noticed a lot of the women's shoes that are on the shelves as of July 2026 are made of man made leather and not many leather options. I know it depends on the time of year but I found this to be quite disappointing especially when a lot of the shoes are $49 and up. With any Nordstrom Rack the inventory can change weekly. I want to put that disclaimer out there. During my recent visit, I did see some dresses in the rack that had some rips. Really visible ones and it was shocking. They were on a sale rack but they were visibly and terribly damaged. When we were in the store, no one greeted us or asked us if we needed assistance. I felt a little bothered by this as it did not seem on brand. We were in the store for about an hour and 15 minutes most recently. It may have been that it was about an hour before closing. When the location was closing, the person was very kind on the intercom and it was so nice. I remember being in Saks 5th Avenue a couple of years ago and they were yelling at customers to get out. The kind goodbye without feeling rushed felt like nice hospitality that would make one want to return to shop. Please note this location is on the second floor and an escalator or elevator is offered to arrive on the second level.

Cloud lift is a raised insole for the show that provides excellent such support for me since I have an unusually high arch and plantar fasciitis- a rather painful foot condition. Had a pair that lasted for a couple years until a tragic accident damage them. Came back to get new ones. The style has been upgraded. They look like a marriage of between Stan Smith's and Airforce One's but to me they are more versatile. They are easy to walk in, true to size and requires little braking in. I style up with fancy dresses, tailored suits, cropped pants and blazer for work or shorts. They're just good at polishing a look. My daughter got hers with black and I stayed neutral. They come with an additional pair of laces with a tiny amount of glitter. I'll probably never use them because I'm not that girl but I'm sure someone just loves that. Get them either way! While you're there carouse they bags for quality leather goods that only gets better with time and grow into the perfect vintage feel, grab some jewelry, quality denim. And oh, if you trade in your old jeans- you'll get $20 towards a new pair. This keeps clothing out of landfills and you'll feel good being a part of it.
