The groom was told by a salesmen that the alterations were included in the package price that he was quoted, but I found out upon arriving that this was a bait and switch, and we only had $20 off alterations. This covered less than 1/3 of my alterations. The manager refused to honor the salesman's promise to the groom when I was in store. He actually raised his voice at me and I walked out. To top it all off, on the wedding day some of the other groomsmen's alterations were off and the suits didn't fit right. Avoid at all costs! :)
