I love this store. Always neat and organized and clothes nicely displayed. When I have trouble finding an item in my size, they make no fuss about checking their stock room. I've got to agree with Marissa below. While her review is from the end of 2019, it still rings very much true today and mirrors my experience from this week. The staff does a great job keeping the store neat and tidy and they have plenty of cashiers on the floor to keep the line smoothly quickly. They currently have an awesome 50% off sale on most clothes so I was able to pick up a few really fun graphic t-shirts for a great price. They even had some pretty nifty recycled goods that caught my eye, as they were only $5 and were made with Ocean Bound Plastic (plastic collected from coastline communities with no recycling in place). I picked up a modular lunch box and also some reusable cutlery that will surely come in handy when canoeing or camping. Also if you're in need for flip flops for the beach or July 4th, they have a ton of different styles for only $5 a pair as well! read more

Old Navy is a staple in casual clothing. The staff can be more helpful and friendly, but acceptable since I really didn't need any help; was just browsing. The value for your money is as it is. You get what you pay for. The clothes are durable and lasts for a long time, maybe not in its newly-bought condition, but acceptable. read more

Total plus that an Old Navy has moved into the neighborhood. This location was quickly, simply built and nicely fits into the neighborhood Sands shopping center. It's super clean and very organized. Everything was displayed nicely and not thrown about like seen at some other locations at times. Was able to find my size easily as everything was tagged and even hung on correct sized hangers. The womens section is to the right when you walk in and mens to the left. They have a kids section towards the back, in addition to a small clearance section. The Dressing room was well lit, large with spacious stalls, with two mirrors. This way you get the front and a side back angle ar same time if you wanted it. The staff was seen scattered about adjusting inventory and helping address questions from other patrons. The cashier was very personable, quick, efficient and honestly answered asked question at checkout. The only thing that was a bit odd was where owners wanted the line to start and end. It didn't seem too large/lengthy either which I think will cause potential issues/confusion during prime shopping times. All in all a great first visit to this location and would totally come back over and over again. Hopefully the rest of the local community agrees and keeps this location around. read more

This location has been the best Old Navy shopping experience ever. The employees are amazing, the sales floor is perfection and they have plenty sizes. I visited today during their 40% off everything and 50% off Denim Sale. Recently I gained some weight so, Old Navy has been a saving grace when purchasing denim. I love their 24/7 Sculpt High Waist Skinny Jeans. The staff was very helpful when locating a size and there were plenty team members on the floor, Dressing Room and at Check Out. Lines moved quickly and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I spent $55 on a plaid pair of trousers, a pair of high waist super skinny ankle jeans, a children's top/ plaid leggings and hair accessories. The coupons they email really help you stack your savings ! I will be back to flex my Super Cash muscle next month. read more

My friends welcome to Old Navy in the Sands shopping Mall in Oceanside. First time shopping in this store was such a great experience. I was promptly greeted by sales associate Jenna who made me feel right at home. Early in the spring the full line of fashions are not yet available. Jenna told me that the next wave of shipments should have more spring styles. Thank you I love concise info. The first time walking into the store, I was really surprised at the large size of this Old Navy and big selections of clothing, shoes and other fashions. Old Navy has a better quality of merchandise I have found. The flip flops for example will last 2 years, the thong will not pull out of the sole (that's what happened to Jimmy Buffett)...and the rubber used in their construction is a better grade. I find Old Navy flip flops really reliable. So important when flip flops are your only footwear far from Flushing. wifey will be happy to see a new selection of durable Old Navy flip flops now available in a wide band style. In fact ladies, checking out the early spring fashions ..I see many wide band style sandals being offered. Perhaps it is the new look for this year. I personally like Old Navy's men's fashions for myself for a younger more vibrant look and feel.. and that's how BIG Jim rolls. It was great to get an Early peek at what fashions I'll need to get for Wifey this year. Wifey loves being cute and up-to-date. Thank you folks at Old Navy, I'm so grateful for the wonderful customer service and advice I received today at the Oceanside Store. I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. I came in to return something I purchased online- the person who helped me was amazing and very nice. however this review is to document what happened after. I started browsing around the store. I was in the baby section (yes I'm expecting) when a worker came up to me and asked if I'd like a bag. I declined. but she stayed at the exact rack I was looking at and pretended to fix things. It was very odd and who wants to browse when a worker is in your space? so I walked away. I was in another area, opposite side of the store, when she suddenly appeared again. No one else was around. It was very odd behavior and made me feel like she thought I was going to steal something. I left the store. I don't know what her goal was, but if it was to lose a customer, she did a great job. she was kind of tall and very blonde. I don't have any other details. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cashier had a customer that was arguing a return, manager came over but did not jump on the register to help shorten the line. When that customer left, cashier decided to fold clothes and talk about the customer with the manager in front of everyone. I am a store manager myself and this experience is exactly not what to do. I will never shop at this location ever again. Very rude. read more
