It turns out the necklace broke in half and after taking it back to have it repaired per the OWNER of the store who mentioned it had a lifetime warranty they fixed it with a non-sterling silver. They even replaced it with a much smaller one instead of sending it out and replacing it with the same. There is a rude old women who works there with a very smart mouth who was nasty when the chain was brought in. Keeping in mind I'd been there before and never saw her. She claimed to be the store manager. Anyway I would not shop here or trust the good reviews they are dishonest and that is the bottom line. As you can see the chain was not repaired properly and the clasp is tarnished but the necklace is not.

I love Ya Ya's! Whenever I'm back in Cali, I'm back in Ya Ya's!

Parking: Covered parking and open parking lots are close by and usually a quick walk to the store front. Location: In the Manhattan Village, on the south corner of the building, across the street from a covered parking garage. Overall: Personally this location is an average experience, I've never had a bad experience but also never one that will specifically bring me back to this location or have me raving to my friends about. My favorite part of this stock is the sales/ clearance room, it's large and always has great finds.
