I usually buy my non VS bras from my sweet vendor friends to help them out. :) Today.: Sales young beautiful lady Eden is such a gem here. She was sweet and helpful to me the whole time. She's such a great people person. I wasn't planning on buying anything today or if I do, just 1 bra lol. But ended up getting all 3 identical bling bling strap bras in different colors of red, light pink, and maroon. And a hot pink L g-string. Yay me lols out of my comfort zone to buy things I don't need or need but can do without lol. I would avoid this store altogether! The Caucasian/blonde woman who is the store manager has zero customer service skills. I got a welcome offer for 15% off and she would not apply it for me, even though it applied online and I even showed it to her. I have used the welcome offers multiple times. This is a billion dollar corporation, they don't care if you use a welcome offer more than once and they keep sending them to me. I straight up told her I'd rather order online to save money, plus I get free shipping. I was kind and respectful towards her. She did not seem to appreciate or value my business one bit! Why be that petty when you could have even easily manually applied the offer. Online, they allow you to stack two offers. I was not even trying to stack two offers, I was just trying to use a 15% off welcome offer. In addition, the stock is extremely limited here compared to the Del Amo location in Torrance or Westfield Culver City location. I have NEVER had this experience at those other two locations, especially Del Amo where the employees are literally the nicest ever! Only this location. For reference, I'm a gold member which requires you to spend minimum $750 per year. Then they wonder why stores continue to close. It's for people like her! I will just shop online for now on or go to Del Amo. In addition, this location actually closes at 8pm. This whole mall does. I get unwelcoming vibes from two Latina workers all the time here! They would walk past me without saying hi, and they also avoided making eye contacts on multiple occasions. They're biased towards me and need to learn how to be professionals. They're obviously not in high school anymore so stop pulling that ugly vibe! If you're reading this, just know I reported you both to VS customer service already. I never had a problem with you both, but this is happening! The last time I was there, one of them was rushing while trying to place an online order for me. the staff here is actually incompetent. During the holidays, I contacted them over the telephone and they advised me that an item I've been searching for in the other stores was in stock. I trekked all the way over to Manhattan Beach, found parking after circling around a few times and then I was told that the employee who told me that the item was there was mistaken. Really? I also had an incident the prior month where the manager had helped me with a return and I was never even credited the items that I had returned nor did I receive the refund that I was requesting. Located inside a quiet mall, this Vicky's location is relatively small compared to other mall locations. The bonus of this place is the merchandise is very well organized and clean. Some locations has crap tossed everywhere and items in bins which doesn't belong. What's worst is when they have a panty sale, and Customers trash the display kiosks, tossing large thongs in the small cheekini bin, and it looks like complete chaos. Not this location!! I was impressed how orderly the bins and displays were. In fact, it looked a little too empty for a weekend, considering they had a sale going on. Unfortunately I had visited the Brea Mall not that long ago, and didn't need any unmentionables, but will keep this place in mind if I want to find items in an orderly manner. read more

This review is from my visit on7/22/21; long overdue, #mamalife. I just visited the Apple store with new laptop in hand, and I came in to pick out some much needed essentials after wearing pregnancy/postpartum attire for the last year. I was perusing the undie table, baby in stroller, when I was approached by a woman who at the time I thought may work here. She asked how I was doing, I replied. Then started to ask questions that were a little off the cuff for an employee. I politely declined to go further in discussion, and she walked away. A couple minutes later, after lingering in the store, she approached me again asking for my phone number. I again politely declined. She seemed to leave the store. When I went to check out, a gal named Luisa asked if I was ok, and said she noticed this gal acting a little suspicious. I asked for an escort out to my car. She called security carefully and had them escort me. All and all, my shopping experience was nice, the store was clean, and the team members went above and beyond to ensure my safety. They just remodeled this location. I do love the Victoria Secret sports bras and lingerie. The new remodel to me has a darkish tinge feeling inside now versus the brightness of the store before. This has far been the worst service I've ever experienced in Victoria Secret. I asked an associate to help to exchange a bra. The associate found the size, put it down and walked away. I asked her about other bras that I was interested in. She acted as if I was bothering her. I was the only person in the store. She was totally unhelpful and unfriendly. It was a fun field trip for me, educational, and very entertaining for her. I asked her all kinds of stupid questions a guy would and she felt insanely smarter than me. Before my excursion, never did I consider chest measurements AND cup sizes in the equation. With all these numbers and letters, Is that why its called Alge-bra? *I just high-fived myself* My body, usually involuntarily told me things I liked but I didn't know why. Is this the secret Victoria keeps hiding? The sales associate we worked with helped me pick up the right color and style for my friend. I really appreciated her full support when it came to support. Basically walked in to purchase on giftcard for my mom for mothers day but still wanted to see if there was anything else around to get. Service is terrible if your not a white consumer. I'm often ignored. Store only displays size medium , the large and extra large is in the storage drawers, and that area is messy! I hate this location! Every time I come here there is a problem. They didn't have the new T-back bras in stock. So I went to the register and asked if she could order it for me and she looked at me like I was crazy. Then she tells me I can't order two bras and use my $10.00 off coupon, when I do it ever single time. I can only order one bra. I asked for the cooperate office number and she gives me the wrong number. I didn't get her name, but it was this Sunday at 3:30 pm. Today, I went to the Westwood location and like always, I was in and out in 10 mins with excellent service and no problems.
