They even replaced it with a much smaller one instead of sending it out and replacing it with the same. There is a rude old women who works there with a very smart mouth who was nasty when the chain was brought in. Keeping in mind I'd been there before and never saw her. She claimed to be the store manager. Anyway I would not shop here or trust the good reviews they are dishonest and that is the bottom line. As you can see the chain was not repaired properly and the clasp is tarnished but the necklace is not.

My team is a team of financial advisors, so of course we could not just hand over the bikes THEY built! Brandon, of South Bay Cycles, came to our location, inspected and tuned the bicycles so that they were in tip top shape for the kids. There was some confusion with the time the families would arrive, but Brandon went the extra mile, bringing in another mechanic, to ensure the bikes were ready for them. She asked if the hair clip is mine or theirs. I told her that I bought it yesterday at Del Amo. She never apologized or try to speak to me in a calm manner that she just wanted to do the right thing as an employee. I can tell she lacks professionalism and skills. There's also no proof that I took a hair clip from their hair accessories section. I initially walked inside their store to check out their clothes. I didn't look at their hair accessories until after I left the fitting room, which when she confronted me ! I'm glad I don't have to see her again !
