Speaking with Andy was a huge relief, and a breath of fresh air after my previous, negative experience. Andy truly knows his stuff, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the knowledge you need to make educated decisions. I am the type of person who wants to understand every detail of what I'm paying for, and Andy answered all my questions with clarity and infinite patience. If he didn't know something, he made a note and got back to me later. He will spend as much time as it takes to ensure your satisfaction, no matter how small your policies may be. After a leak in my condo building caused extensive damage to my unit and left me without hot water, Pam did nearly nothing to help and showed absolutely no concern for my claim. When I filed a claim, I asked if someone from the agency or an adjuster could come to my unit to evaluate the damage fully. She refused. She gave me the name of an adjuster who did not contact me, even after I followed up with him and Pam every day for three days. Finally, on the third day, she said she gave me the wrong adjuster. She gave me a new adjuster who then also failed to contact me for days. Long story short, the entire process dragged on in this manner. After three weeks of this nonsense, I filed a complaint against Pam with the AllState home office. This seemed to get the ball rolling, but she had the nerve to leave me a nasty voicemail claiming that I had no reason to file the complaint. Then, she sent a renewal notice with a post-it note stating that my premium was going up. Since the corporate office did help me to get my claim resolved, I ended up staying with AllState. However, I've switched agents and hope that this one will be more useful. The bottom line is that I paid Pam for months for insurance coverage that she ultimately did not provide me. In addition to being a horrible, rotten person to work with, she did not live up to her word.
