When someone hit my parked car from behind and left without saying anything, he gave me a couple different options and then explained in detail exactly how to fix it. When my app Know Your Drive stopped communicating and the discount I received for having it installed disappeared, I called him and asked him how to fix it. He assured me that I am not alone, and again helped me out. Any time I have had any questions, he provided the answers. When considering other forms of insurance, he helped to educate me on what there is to offer and helped me to understand what I am working toward. If your real cutoff is 5:30, post 5:30. Sending a paying AAA member of 20 years away during your stated open hours is a waste of people's time and a poor way to treat long-time members. Fix your posted hours or honor them.

It took us about 20 minutes in the morning. A few things to note that are great about this location, they open at 7:30am, online it says to bring your completed form and pictures, but they actually have the forms there and they can take your pictures there. We found out that getting the pictures done there is actually cheaper than getting it done at Walgreens. All you really need is to roll up with your license. Overall, great experience. Will was very nice and informative.
