I also wanted a second set of eyes to check all my work and inspect everything once in a while, so I dropped my bike off at Fairfax Cycles. The main service I requested was to replace the front fork and exchange the fork and brake oils. I bought the Ohlins fork from Partszilla and dropped it off at the shop. I was missing some other small parts needed, and they were able to order it for me. I had a budget I wanted to stick to, and they were able to work with me to meet my budget and the services I needed. They were very flexible. For the amount of work done on my bike, I'd say the price was fair. The place is very busy all year round, though. Please set your expectations. You'll likely have to wait to get serviced. You'll also need to pick up ASAP. I felt good about all the services performed on the bike. The installed Ohlins fork makes the bike so much better. Will I come back, a definite yes.

I was a bit intimidated to walk in as I dont look like a stereotypical motorcyclist but the gentlemen was super friendly and fast with helping me. They gave me all the time I needed to look it over, start it up, and make sure everything was right before buying. The paperwork was quick and easy because everything was prepared ahead of time. Everyone was friendly and professional. I also forgot to bring tie-down straps for my ramps, and they were kind enough to give me some and even helped me get the bike strapped down for the trip home. The bike was in great shape, exactly as described, and I'm very happy with both the bike and the deal I got. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable dealership with excellent customer service. Jaeden went above and beyond to make the buying experience easy, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used powersports vehicle.

They would not return it even though it is in 100 percent condition, and the nice guy that sold it to me said that they had returned a helmet used for a much longer period. If you're interested in buying a helmet go try one on somewhere and then buy it on Amazon where returns are no problem. Lancaster Honda you have lost a likely return bike customer over a couple hundred dollar helmet. smh
