So I took it back to them and said I had a leak. They changed me to take it out on the lake and to do testing at the shop and they told me they didn't see a leak. So i thought well maybe I overlooked something. These guys are the pros and this is my first boat so I took them by their word. I took my boat out Wednesday and again started taking on water as soon as I dropped it in the water. I never really paid attention to it because these guys assured me nothing was wrong.Well I nearly sunk the boat and I blew one of my motors because it got waterlogged! This is going to cost me in the thousands!! So I called them and tried to let them see my side.They refuses to help me find a motor, and didn't even give me my money back for something they overlooked! They charged me 900 to change a stater!!! It's 90 bucks on eBay!! But I paid it! I'm going to look for a lawyer and I don't care if I win or lose. It's about customer care! Damien was so knowledgeable and kind, explaining everything he found and what he needed to do to fix it. I had an appt at the local KIA this weekend for an oil change and inspection but I had to cancel due to it being at Fink's. He was happy to accommodate me and all of my needs while keeping me in the loop with everything, including pricing. The parts came in earlier than expected and I was able to get my car back before the weekend! While my circumstances were less than desirable, I am so glad to have found Fink's. Using, their website, I uploaded pictures and my VIN. The next day, I received a call from the business with information about the cost of replacing my passenger side window. He offered to find a used one which would be much cheaper. Since the van is almost 10 years old, I went with the used one. Later, Lopez Autobody had found one and painted it to match my car. We made an appointment later in the week. It took less than a half hour to replace the old one! It looks perfect and the price was under $400! What a professional business! They did a commercial truck alignment, trued and balanced all 6 wheels. Trued means they put the wheel and tire assembly on a big tire lathe that shaved them all slightly until perfectly round. This is an established practice for large commercial truck tires, but a lost art in most areas. THE RESULTS ARE PHENOMENAL! I told them I had to wait while they worked, as it's a 50 mile drive there from home. They gave me an old loaner truck to go get breakfast and shop around Ephrata. Great place, and great people. If you have a bouncy, wandering motorhome, call Dave and he will make you a "happy camper"!

We walked through all the bogus claims from the chain (confirmed passable) and stood together under my car while it was on the lift to look at an actual wheel bearing issue that the chain completely missed. They even let me borrow a car to quickly grab lunch while they worked on my Subaru.
