Got a chance to see their luxury boats and it's like a floating hotel. Can't wait to go back. I told them I know how to ride and they gave me a horse named Ryan, who was really sluggish and required tons of leg work to keep up with the group. It was absolutely exhausting and super frustrating. We came by here to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and I did not enjoy it. My husband and was given a different horse named Ranger, and he didn't have to do anything to keep his horse moving. He had a much better experience than me. Another con is they don't let you interact with the horses before the ride or after the ride. I would have liked to be able to pet the horses or pet them and get some close ups with the horses. When you are on the trail ride they take your photo at two spots and this is included with admission cost. However we paid full price and I heard other people say how much they paid and they had used a groupon and paid half as much as us. After the ride, they offered us a promo to come back but I did not take the flyer because I did not want to go back. I feel bad writing this review because I don't want anything bad to happen to any of the horses if their business does badly but I did not have a good time. I don't recommend riding the horse named Ryan. The company also said to not to bring your phones but everyone else brought their phones. I was disappointed I didn't have mine.

Snow tubing review…read more Great price, it's $25 for two hours of fun which is more reasonable than lakeridge being $40. Both places have 4 tubing lanes that seem roughly same height. This place has smaller tubes for minimum height of 40 inches while Lakeridge is minimum 42 inches and only one size. So this is a friendlier place for little ones starting their tubing experience, as they need to be able to reach the grip. We love going as a group of tubes, lots of fun spinning down the slope. Only down side here is there is only one lift for all users. So the lift gets shared with tubers, skiers, and snowboarders. It's a standing carpet that seems to get stuck often. Approximately 3-4 rides per hour, due to crowds or stalling of lift, and it wasn't that busy on our visit. Staff here are all friendly, free parking. Easy booking online for slotted time, check in outside the building for passes. Washrooms are small but clean. Lots of indoor cafeteria seating. Small outdoor seating by wood burning fire pit. Small cafeteria, Dina's which serves decent burgers, poutines and simple snacks. The prices are reasonable, it's just really slow service. Waited 12 mins for poutine ($8) and it wasn't busy. Tip: There is a free sledding hill but you need to bring your own sled and walk up the hill. For reference, this hill is a good training hill for those new to ski/snowboard. Pretty narrow and short but great to learn from. It wasn't busy when we were there so that helps learners. Jump ramps were highlighted in blue on the snow.

Small, but a good place to spend afternoon with family or group.

Family had a really great time here!…read more My daughter is 6 and wanted to try fishing after hearing about it at school. We didn't want to go far, with boat rentals, etc. This was perfect for us. The ponds are not deep, they get very shallow by the edges. You do need to cast quite far to get closer to where the fish are in the deeper waters. There are a bunch of pipes nearing the shallow waters, make sure you reel continuously over those areas, as a few times my daughter stopped and the hook got caught on the pipe. There are staff available to help you with your catch, to get the hook dislodged and fish dropped into your basket. They also clean and bag your fish on ice. Fish are priced by weight. A family ahead of us paid $94 for 4 fish, we paid $126 for 4 fish. Fish also tasted great. Their rules are stated on their website and on a board at the entryway. No dogs, no bbq, no catch and release. Respect these few rules and you'll have a great time.

Decided to come here…read moreagain with him except with my kids to have an enjoyable time fishing from ponds stocked full of rainbow trout. Most things are the same, some have changed. They no longer have the awesome "food shooting gun" or the "vacuum powered fish cleaning suction machine". The upper and lower ponds now both stock the same sized fish (upper pond used to be bigger fish). You can rent rods, there's a fee per fisher, and fish is $33/lb and you can't throw back what you catch. Expensive, but altogether reasonable because you're paying for an experience and not the fish itself. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially if you need help landing a fish. Went at opening 10am and they weren't busy. First hour we caught nothing, even with the provided worms and power bait. We then learned that technique matters! Tip - the rainbow trout are less interested in a non moving bait and bobber. They much prefer a slow reel and want to chase their food. Once we figured this out we were catching like crazy! One of my kids even caught a fish with a landing net! Super fun. Decided to keep 5 fish for a total of $180. Overall worth it for the fun experience w the kids. Down a star because it's expensive and not something we can afford to do frequently.

Okay this place is crazy…read more Location: It's in the part of Newmarket it's full of those plazas with businesses at all close at 5:00. Parking: The parking lot is surrounded by a metal fence and you kind of wonder where the heck are you but don't worry it's just the bingo! Building: It was dark when I went but the building is old and big. And there's a big sign. You went through the front. There is a back door but then you have to walk through the whole building to get to where you buy tickets. Inside: This is where it's kind of crazy. You walk in and immediately to the right this is where you buy your bingo tickets the area all feels tight but don't worry you're fine. Washrooms are also past that area to the left is where you could buy food. Fries are really good!! Once you buy your tickets you have to walk through mini slot machine Legacy type place to get to the bingo tables. I mean it's like the cheapest casino in vegas, but there's a lot of bright lights in slot machines! There's no servers with drinks, darn. Cost As of April 2024 the minimal cost for five of the bingo games is $12 on weeknights and I think afternoon on the weekends.. You can spend as much money as you want, they have these gaming machines on the tables that will play as many cards as you want to purchase. There's also staff that go around that check if you win. The obstacles can be challenging but, you are hooked safely to the wire, so if you 'fall' you don't actually fall. This definite gives confidence when you see an obstacle that makes you seriously consider the sanity of the creator. WEAR GLOVES! FULL GLOVES! You can bring your own or buy some for $5. Fingerless gloves will not help you much. That's what I used and I got a couple blisters, but I will have full gloves for next time. You don't need a ton of upper body strength to do this, kids are also allowed at a certain height. Don't think fitness is a huge factor, but you DO need to be able to climb the ladders and do a little walking uphill. Having upper body strength does help, but you'll do just fine if you're not too confident. There were people in my group of all fitness levels and heights and we all did great and had a lot of fun. I had more fun doing this than plain ziplining in the Caribbean. There is a discount if you go in the morning. Also, there were no bugs in the morning either and it was just starting to get hot out when we finished. A great active place to go! I'd definitely go again!
