We both had it in our calendars for 2. When we got there the lady at the front was extremely rude throughout the whole interaction. She told us were we SOL and our apt was at 1 not 2. Which is not what we were told on the phone. When confusion happens in a business interaction (which it does) it's the businesses responsibility to make it right. Not only did they burn the bridge with our business, but we both left extremely frustrated that an appointment only business didn't honor the appointment we were given.
