Everyone I spoke to told me I could not replace the floor unit I had, and I would have to install a completely new furnace or a split level unit. When Joe came out he was able to give me exactly what I wanted which was replacing the current system with the same type of system. Some companies quoted me $12,000 which was my highest quotes and was even told I may need to upgrade my entire electrical system to accommodate a new heating system.
