Even worse, management couldn't be bothered to come address it in the moment and instead doubled down afterward without hearing both sides. This also wasn't the first issue with that bartender, which makes it pretty clear nothing is being managed the way it should be. At a certain point, it's not a staff problem--it's a leadership problem. Plenty of better places in Rio Rancho that actually know how to treat people.

The particular theater I was in not only had recliner-type chairs, but there was a swivel tray to put your popcorn bucket on. Also, it was as if rows were removed, and there were absolutely no heads or tops of chairs in view in front of me as I viewed the screen - nice. I'd definitely go back now with the better sound level. I do think the seats feel slightly narrower for wider bottoms.

IMAX, RealD 3D and Digital movies are offered. Clean theater, leather large seats, helpful associates; ample parking, well lit areas. If you pre-order food and drinks through the AMC App, there is an Express Pickup kiosk where those items should be ready at your scheduled pickup time.
