I've attended many events here since it opened approximately 30 years ago. Current food and beverage options are OK but nothing special: The food is pretty much average venue concession fare. There are not many beer choices, a lot of hard seltzer / teas, etc. and a reasonable selection of spirits given that this is an entertainment venue. Prices are expensive. For the first time, I recently purchased access to the (non-VIP) lounge located outside at the south end of the complex adjacent to the Battleship NJ. The cost was $35, but it worked for me because: 1) I was waitng for friends that used the Riverline to arrive 2) I was by myself 3) I needed to arrive early to get a good parking spot 4) Hanging out in the ($40) parking lot would have been my only other option 5) The weather was outstanding The lounge provides a separate entrance for concert attendees that opens an hour prior to the main general admission access, a dedicated bar, waitress service for food items, and lounge-only bathrooms. Seating is available at the bar, at tables or in an area of comfortable patio-style furniture with chairs and sofas. Much of the patio furniture area is covered by a canopy. The arrangement of the furniture is conducive to interacting with other concert attendees. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Wait time for the food to be served was only a few minutes. Food and beverage prices are the same as elsewhere in the venue. The lounge provided everything I wanted given my situation, so it was worth it for me. read more

Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is easily my least favorite concert venue I've ever been to. First off, the lines for parking and to enter the venue were insane. Other venues I've been to have been much more efficiently organized. The day that I visited, I believe there was also a delay for doors to the venue. Entering, they had a long line in the main area for merchandise and bathrooms. Other lines throughout the venue were short, but a took long time before staff started redirecting fans to other merch tables. Food and drink options were similar to other venues, but I did notice they had a few additional unique offerings which was nice to see. Like most other venues, food and drink is pricy. They do have some pleasant and not too crowded spaces to eat outside. The seats in the pavilion are fairly cramped and it can get quite hot once you're at your assigned seat. From the 104 section, I had a great view and sound quality was good. Even if my favorite artist returned here, I doubt I would buy tickets for a show at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion again. read more

Chris Stapleton Concert last night! He was awesome! but the venue??? Freedom Mortgage pavilion - worst concert venue EVER!!! WAAAAYYYY over sold. NO security. People standing everywhere - in aisles, lawn had no established paths. As a result, lots of shoving from angry-drunk mean people. 3 medical emergencies in the pitt that Chris Stapleton had to stop the concert and ask people to create a path for responders to get through. He asked for water to be handed out several times as people upfront were hot, sweaty, and passing out. People in the pitt were jam-packed in with no aisles at all. Not 1 bottle was distributed. No order. No crowd control. It was complete mayhem! Made it hard to enjoy the concert we all paid a lot of money to see. Interestingly, there were at least 100 people serving alcohol and MAYBE 20 security, none of whom were helping with crowd control. Literally dangerous situation. read more

Been going to this venue for years and headed there recently for a concert. The good is that the sound and videos and stage are great. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful. Why not a higher rating? They need more bathrooms - the lines are ridiculous since everyone goes during breaks. The parking is a pain - signage is minimal and the price is outrageous (lawn seats for the concert were $40 and parking was north of $40 - doesn't feel right that parking a car should cost more than the event. They have added a bunch of new food options but still are very unfriendly to people with food restrictions (like one of our party). The food we did order was pricey and bland and cold (we ordered hot items). The best 'bargain' new this season is the 44 ounce refillable (at no cost) soda cup. read more

Came here the first time for a concert to see Yellowcard! I was a little nervous about getting around Camden because of things I've heard but it wasn't bad at all. We took the turnpike down and Waze led the way right to the venue! We paid for the extra vip parking which I normally wouldn't do but it was worth it. The parking attendants were very helpful. The venue itself is nice. It has an indoor area selling Merch / bars / bathrooms and then you're directed outside for seating. The pricing at the bar was pretty typical but shots were cheap! Haha It reminded me a lot of PNC Bank Arts Center. Freedom Mortgage Pavilion is out of the way but I'd definitely come again to see a show here. read more

I have been here soooo many times over the years and in the last few years it has gotten so much worse. I was just there recently to see the Jonas Brothers and it was the most uncomfortable I've ever been at a concert ( to note I have been to many concerts, event in small venues that are GA). We overpaid for seats and the seating was so tight we could barely move or get out. It was a really hot day and there was zero air flow under the pavilion it was hard to breathe honestly. We spent most of the night walking around or going back to the outdoor lounge just so that we could breathe and not pass out. Very disappointed with our experience last night when going through security to attend Good Charlotte/A7X. For some reason they felt the need to search my sister 4 TIMES despite the fact that she had NOTHING in her bag or on her person that was prohibited. The same security girl checked her bag twice. She claimed she didn't. I literally was in front of my sister and she checked her bag right after mine, then for some reason felt the need to check it AGAIN a minute or so later. Maybe it was just a lapse in memory with so much going on with filtering people in, so a second time is somewhat forgiveable. But then 2 more times once going through the poles? Why? She couldn't magically conjure a forbidden item in that amount of time. She wasn't even wearing a belt or anything else that set off the poles. She has multiple ear piercings, but so did a lot of other people there. So what point were your employees trying to prove besides they are prejudiced? She had a small bag that was searched TWICE already. Notably, my sister has darker skin and the rest of our party is white, so it definitely felt like racial profiling just because of her skin tone because there was nothing else that warranted being searched that many times. It can be noted I am her TWIN sister and yet I was not searched multiple times, despite that I am also in fact of Hispanic descent and just happen to have a lighter skin tone. Do better and maybe don't target people because of their skin color. Gross. read more

Lots of negative reviews with very valid criticism, but if you do your research - read the reviews and check the venue's website - you can still have a good time here. I've been here a few times and through many name changes over the years for various concerts, most recently last night for Dave Matthews. We had lawn seats, and lucked out with weather - it was a perfect summer evening with good temps, light breezes, a few stars overhead, and views of the Delaware River and Philly skyline. The lawn is sloped enough that we still had a good view of the stage even with people standing directly in front of us. A lot of reviews mention the horrible parking situation, so we skipped it entirely and took PATCO in to avoid the awful traffic and $50 parking fee. There are two PATCO stops in Camden, both about a half mile away from Freedom Mortgage so it's an easy walk. For those worried about walking through Camden, you're with hundreds of other concert goers so it's not an issue. We ate dinner beforehand so we wouldn't have to buy food, and each brought a sealed bottle of water with us. You can't bring a chair (but you can rent them), but we brought our own picnic blanket. My girlfriend did buy a beer - 19.2 oz. Founders All Day IPA that set her back $19. As others have mentioned, the drink and food prices here are outrageous. If smoke isn't your thing, be advised the people on the lawn will be smoking all night long. I hate to sound like a square, but I could have done without three hours of cigarette and pot smoke in my face. Overall, if you do your research, temper your expectations, and get lucky with the weather, this really is a nice place to watch live music. read more

$50 parking in a terrifying neighborhood with atrocious roads then a long pilgrimage through literal thousands of chunks and shards of broken glass. Cops were telling people to hide things, lock things, and not leave anything valuable in their cars because locals smash and grab. $26 for a poorly mixed premade drink that's 90% ice. People were smoking cigarettes and joints openly and security did nothing. My friend used his asthma inhaler 3 times. Mmrbq was a 1 and done for life for me. Not worth it. POD was okay The warning was meh blah nothing special Nothing more was great Halestorm was absolutely amazing just wow Offspring was sadly mediocre and took way too long to set up they were 20 minutes late to start. 30% of the venue left after waiting. 50% of their show was just rambling talking. All 3 of us were super disappointed in the location, safety, highway robbery prices everywhere, and dangerous situations all over. I have been to this Pavilion over a dozen times and under what feels like a dozen names. I was last here for the Halsey concert in June 2025. Parking was very expensive - $40 near the aquarium and I still had to walk like 5-10 minutes to get to the entrance line. Security was pretty easy and I do appreciate that I was able to bring in my owala to fill once I was inside. The line to enter was pretty long but it was because I had a bag - lines were shorter with no bag. Check the bag policy - I have a clear bag that I take with me to Phillies games that I had no problem bringing in. Lines for merch were not that terrible. The line inside the pavillion vestibule was a lot shorter than the one immediately inside the venue gates. Sat in section 104 which was still pretty far back but at least I could see. The camera work and the screens helped a lot. I do want to commend the workers - I saw some women throw up before the main act came on and the security was swift in getting a clean up crew on the scene. They had security stationed around the area telling people to avoid it. Sound was overall really good and I had a good time. I would come back here. Leaving the parking wasn't that bad considering what happens at Phillies games and the Mann Center. I didn't eat or drink here (see bringing my owala water bottle) so I cannot comment on that. read more

Had my first experience at this venue last night at The 1975 concert! The set itself, in true 1975 form, was amazing. Incredible crowd. From the venue perspective, there's some pros and a pretty big number of cons: The good: + Alcohol options are good here. Yes the prices are high (as is standard practice in Live Nation venues) but there's great craft and domestic beer options, wine bottles and cans, decent looking cocktails in shakers, and seltzers in a variety of flavors. I was pleasantly surprised. + The sound and camera work were both serviceable. I had a great view from my seat in section 202. + Nice that it is a year round venue with the option to add walls in the winter, which is what we had. I think many of us were expecting a more indoor / outdoor kind of vibe, though - as by the second half people were ditching their flannels and hoodies en masse. It was TOASTY. The room for improvement: + I took Patco but, like many reviewers have said, the parking is absolutely atrocious and obscenely expensive. + The setup for an event of this size just didn't make sense. Lines for bathrooms, the bar, and merched weaved together into a sea of confusion. It's basically a big pit that then leads into the big pit venue at ONE entrance. This makes trying to get into the space hell before you even get to the actual hellscape of... + Finding your seat! Section 202 Row C Seat 7. I am a capable, literate human being who has sat in many seats in her lifetime. The sections here are clearly labelled but there's boxes that make where you're actually heading completely confusing. Made it in the end. Godspeed. Luckily this was a "stand the whole time" crowd so I was able to see, but there is no real rake to the seats. For a more tame concert, I can imagine it being really tricky to see. + Security made us all share the buckets we put our stuff into while walking through the detectors and I ROBBED a woman of her phone, accidentally! I realized it immediately and we were able to trade back but...this is a terrible practice when you've got long lines and people are trying to move quickly. Being a fan is so expensive and I attend shows now way less than I would like to as a result of everything being so insanely cost prohibitive. I will likely end up at this venue again someday, and will be better prepared for the quirkiness. Grateful this is accessible via Patco and will never forget the show itself! read more

Came here for a 7PM concert recently; we missed the opening act due to parking traffic. There were no signs for parking except sitting in traffic for 40 mins before the 2 lanes merged into 1 line. The cost for this evening was $40. There is still a bit of a walk to get to the Pavilion. Entrance: employee scans your ticket before they check your bag. Since we were late, there was no line to get in. Food: the usual burger (with or without cheese) or chicken tenders for $13, nachos $10, cowboy dog $11, or pizza for $16. There is also a packed bowl place and other places. I excepted stadium pricing for food, though next time I will grab something before coming. Beverages: plenty of drafts and crafts. There is also a freshly squeezed lemonade though it tasted like there was selter in the drink. Seats: the sound speakers wasn't the greatest though it could be the venue layout. You can see the stage though don't expect to see the faces. Got better pictures via zooming in. Since it rained earlier and drizzled during the concert, I was grateful to be under the pavilion. If smoke bothers you, take note since people do smoke. Restrooms: are located behind the food court. We left a little early to avoid the mass exodus of the parking lot. Came in last night for the DMB concert and I must say I am not sure why this venue is getting so many bad reviews. I have come to this venue possibly two times in the past and what stood out for me was it has very spacious areas outside in the open where you can get a multitude of drink options, food including - pizza, crab fries, pretzels. There is lawn seating which is typically a complete shit show with people peeing on the lawn, smoking cigs and weed all over the place. If you are over the age of thirty or can afford shelling out a few extra bucks highly recommend buying the tickets with a seating option. Full disclosure - even if you have seats most people in the venue stand because they are amped up and want to cheer on the performing act. Parking - $30 or travel about half a mile closer and pay $40.00. We only saw two lots however there is VIP premium parking which you can purchase twenty-four hours in advance. Not sure of the cost of VIP parking but if you do not have any physical limitations to walk less than a half a mile and its over $40.00 well, that is your option. Lastly, I have to mention we had to drive through a very, very sketchy part of the city of Camden to get here and to get out of Camden. I felt the need to add a review here as I do not think this venue comes close to a 1.5 star review where it stands now currently on Yelp. This place is alright. Been to probably 50 concerts here since 1997. I've been seated everywhere, from pit tickets to lawn and everything in between. The experience can largely depend on the event itself and the crowd it brings. I've had amazing experiences and shitty ones, but none due to the venue. The beer is outrageously priced and has been, even way before that was the venue trend. The bathroom lines are always ridiculously long for the women's room. Tailgating lots are always fun, but getting out after the event is always a traffic nightmare. Overall, I would easily go to another concert here if one I wanted to see was coming into town. read more

I think the majority of people having a bad experience are because they don't read the policies that are sent out or posted on the website beforehand. It's a cashless venue, as almost all Live Nation venues are now. This is for parking, food, merch, everything. Bring a card or use your phone. It's not changing so save yourself the frustration. Parking in the paid lots is expensive and you're going to sit in traffic for way too long. I park on the street a few blocks away and walk in. No problems. No bags are allowed in. They're going to charge you to check them and charge you for a clear one. Again, do yourself a favor and just bring your essentials in your pockets. They're implementing sustainability initiatives so no straws, napkins, complimentary cups, or anything like that. The capacity is like 20-24k depending on the show. If you're there to see someone majorly popular, it's going to be CROWDED. Just try to make the best of it. I prefer much smaller venues but when Hozier only tours large ones... here I am. On the less crowded nights, the venue is actually pretty nice. Overall with venue this size, be proactive. Do the work of being educated beforehand. It'll save you a lot of frustration. read more

Been going to this venue for a long time. Been through at least 3 name changes, but this is mainly a review of my last experience. Positives: The VIP parking is right across the street from the venue which is great for people with limited mobility. Entrance to the event was very fast and secure. The place itself, including the bathroom, was very clean. The food and drink vendors were spread out enough as to not have long lines. The drink options are very good, with a variety of beer and cocktails. The vendors themselves were very nice. The sound for a large place is pretty good. Negatives: It can be a very expensive night. VIP parking is expensive (but that's what you pay for convenience and security). Food and drinks are also expensive; the beer especially. One of my biggest pet peeves about the place though is how they handle re-entry into the seated area. When you go into the entrance to the seated area you have to show your ticket, which is fine. But then when you get closer to your seat you have to show it again to someone else. This isn't too bad, however when you are coming in with food/drinks and your hands are full, trying to access your phone to show your tickets requires a juggling act and gets annoying fast. Another annoying thing that happened this particular night was that I got two text's indicating to get there early because traffic was going to be bad with construction around the area. We did leave early but there was no construction and we got in too early. Was this a ploy to get us to buy more stuff while we waited? Sure seemed like it. I was expecting it to be a hassle based on.the reviews and my experience at concerts in the past. My friends, my wife and I had a great experience even with the stormy weather early. The parking fee of $50.00 is insane but we got there early and had a nice open spot to tailgate. Made sure we ate before we got there. Walked only about one city block from car to FMP. Paid $20.00 for 1 beer with tip. Not unusual anymore at these events and sports. We had good (not great) seats but for hundred bucks a ticket we liked the view and well worth it to get to see 3 legends The Doobie Brothers with Michael McDonald and opening act Steve Winwood. We came here to catch the MMRBQ concert with some friends. I noticed a lot complaining about parking? We parked a bit further since we were tailgating & the parking was not an issue. Coming into the venue was easy, quick check in process not bad. Plenty of drinking options prices are high but I guess depending on how many u drink it can be a lot. The Margaritas seemed to be a hit, Watermelon was good, spicy one not so much. Beer, coke & water all decent. Concert wise it was not bad main reason for coming was for Billy Idol & he didn't disappoint I must say it was very entertaining. Other bands that were decent Finger eleven, Ayron Jones & Shinedown. Decent size venue for a concert. I noticed kids, pets .. I mean why? Unless it was a kid friendly show not sure why they would allowed little kids during non kid events. Pets too, a lot of people to be around they probably get all anxious. Overall the show turned out not bad our group had a fun time. read more

Came from Baltimore for Pearl Jam. Holy Moses what a crap venue. I can't believe they think this parking situation is okay. We sat in line to get to parking for over an hour, watching car after car give up and turn around in frustration. For all the police on site, I feel like traffic could have flowed along a lot smoother. We ate our dinner in the van, while we inched along, and completely missed the opening band, even though we left home at 3pm. When we told the parking attendant we needed a spot where we wouldn't be parked in and could open our ramp, which comes out the back of our van, she told us to "move an orange cone and park along the fence, if you can find a space there." I go to A LOT of shows at LiveNation venues and was appalled by how little anyone working at this venue cared. We were told to go to an entrance that was NOT ACCESSIBLE, forcing people to stop what they were doing to figure out how to let us in. When we go to shows at Jiffy Lube the Guest Services department is outstanding. Since I need wheelchair accessible seating, JL will upgrade any lawn ticket to the pavilion because the lawn is too steep and not safe for wheelchairs, but they cannot force me to pay more for accessible seating because it's the fault of the venue for not having accessible seating throughout the venue. But when we sought out guest services at Freedom Mortgage, I had to crash into tables and run over people to even get to them. Then the woman was like, "They had some accessible seating earlier..." like it was my fault I sat in traffic for that long. We head toward the lawn, only to find that the ramp was COMPLETELY blocked by at least five other people using wheelchairs and the people they were with - fire hazard much? I tried parking with them, but the railing blocked my view of the jumbotron and I did not travel all that way to stare at a railing for 3 hours. So I moved down to the walkway between the pavilion and the lawn - Jiffy Lube would have NEVER in a thousand years allowed so many people to stand in this area for the entire show, but security and staff walked right on by. Total strangers were more concerned about whether I was having a good time. And yes, once I realized that it was okay that I couldn't see any of the stage, but that the sound was still great, I did have a good time. We had a cocktail, and were entertained by the people dancing through the walkway, giving high fives and fistbumps. It was hell trying to get out of the parking lot as all that good will evaporated once everyone got into their cars. It's going to take a VERY SPECIAL band to get me to return to this venue. Saw Hozier last night at a sold out show. He sounded amazing! This was, however, the worst venue experience I've ever had. The parking lot had two attendants so it took 30 minutes for us to get through the line and to the lot. $32 parking, no cash. It was almost a mile to walk from there to the venue. The walk was easy, but there were some areas to walk through that were very uncomfortable. I was glad my husband was with me. Concert goers were encouraged to bring picnic blankets to enjoy the lawn. Sounds awesome! Well, everyone set up their blankets in advance and left no space for the other half of ticket holders. There was absolutely no where to sit, no where to stand. Pathways were crowded with people and as soon as it was dark, it felt like a dangerously crowded situation. Once the music started, everyone stood up, which would have made more space, but everyone still had their stuff all over the ground. It remained claustrophobic throughout. Staff did no directing at any point. I've never left a concert early before last night. I will never return to this venue. Unorganized, over inflated, uncomfortable. Sold out=oversold read more

Getting back we had to pay for a $70 Lyft (since Ubers didn't pick up the ride after walking to different points). Even getting out of the city was horrible. I've been to hundreds of concerts and this venue was hands down the worst I've ever been to. The parking situation is atrocious - there were long lines of brake lights all around the venue for blocks. The seating is awful - we were in the pavilion and couldn't see either the band or the screens. To make matters even worse, the traffic took an hour and a half to ease up when the concert ended. Oh, and be forewarned that Uber and Lyft drivers do not want to pick you up if you're headed across the bridges into Philadelphia, and if they do it's going to cost you at least $50. I attended the 92.5 XTU show. While the performance were great. I was really disappointed in the staff. In the section we were in, there was so many drunk underage kids. That's were clearly being served. Before the show started security did confiscate drinks from them but once the show started they were nowhere to be found. They were vomiting all over. Throwing glass beer bottles and airplane shot bottles. My friend got hit in the face with one. I'm not sure how they got that in through security but clearly they did. There was multiple fight that broke-out. One happened right into front of the stands. We tried to tell the worker but she didn't seem to care. The kids were screaming in our ears. they kept elbowing us in the head and knocking us over. We were not the only ones. Others in the section were very annoyed and trying to make security aware but nothing was done. Security didn't really check bags and one of the kids had a backpack. You're not allowed to have those. Barely even check concert tickets. We witnessed it happen when the one ticket was declined bc of it being a screenshot. The guy didn't even wait for her to pull up the app and just let her go in. We did ultimately leave early as did many. I understand that the lawn can be crowded and a little hectic. However that was seriously uncalled for and unacceptable. They definitely over sold tickets and couldn't keep the crowd under control. As well as poorly trained staff who over served them. read more

Be sure to bring your credit card... They're cashless. Lawn chairs are small and short once everyone starts standing and lawn is crowded! Went to a concert here and purchase tickets for the VIP section out in the lawn. So happy we did because the lawn was waaaaaaaaay too crowded!! Did they oversell this concert? People didn't have room to move. Be sure to eat before you go because the food is expensive nd sub par. Definitely, don't bother with the food!! Drinks were ok, but also expensive. Big turn off was the parking! If you want to park at the actual facility, you have to purchase VIP parking for $100. Everyone else still has to pay $30 for parking and then walk at least 4 blocks away. Concert was amazing, so we were happy about that, but this wouldn't be our first choice of venues, if we're going to a concert in the future. read more

Purchased tickets for the Chicago and Earth, Wind and Fire concert Wednesday, July 31st. My husband had a stroke 2 yrs ago and had a heart procedure a month ago. We weren't going to attend but he loves these groups. When we got there we asked where handicap spaces were so he wouldn't have to walk far - he uses a cane to walk because he loses his balance. We were told there are no handicap spaces AND the Pavillon was 5 blocks away. There was no one to direct us as to where to go which line to be in. When we got inside we asked where to go for our seats and someone pointed to where we need to be. We got to our seats and Chicago was already playing but something wasn't right, didn't sound good. We have seen Chicago many times and this was not them? Where was Robert Lamb? Who was singing? This sounded like a cover band!!! So disappointed. Then my husband didn't feel well and we had to leave. We got out of the pavilion and asked the "police" if we could get a ride to our car but they were eating and looked annoyed!!! We started walking and a good samaraton gave us a ride. $40 plus $2.60 fee for parking 5 blocks away. A fee because you don't take cash and $200 for tickets to see a cover band! So disappointed in the staff at this venue, so angry at charging such a high fee for non handicap parking and a fee!!!! Will never be back at this venue and my friends told me how bad it was, I should have listened. Shame on you, you need to do better!! read more

We've been to this venue at least half a dozen times, but not for several years, as of 2024. Probably last time was late 2019. The most recent visit, last night (6/21/24) for concert with Counting Crows and Santana, was the worst experience. If LiveNation manages this place now, they have a long way to go. First, the line into the parking area moved very slowly, which I can forgive as people need to hand over their card (NO CASH). But about five cars from the lot, the attendant at THAT spot said, "Sorry, lot's full. You'll have to turn around and go use one of the other lots." We were literally the second car to have to do this. So back around, head back (against traffic), tell the attendant THERE that her co-worker is turning people around, (no communication between them), and get directions to the other lots. OK, so we got turned around, found another lot down 2nd Street, parked, and walked the half mile or so to the venue. $40, credit only. Long line, took about 15-20 minutes to get close to the doors. Security guy comes up to wife, says, "That purse is too big, can't take it in." It wasn't that big - literally about 10x10 inches. "You have to take it over to that tent and they'll give you a see-thru plastic one to use." She walks over, I stay in line. Chatting with the security guy, he says, "They've put in a lot of new rules recently. I think we only got word of this one a couple of days ago." Meaning, there's no word on the website or any other warning that women need a purse the size of a cigarette pack. She's back in 10 minutes. "It costs $20 to get a plastic purse." I give her a $20 because she doesn't carry cash. Another 10, I'm waiting right by the entrance ticket checkers. By now, several other women have had to go get plastic. Wife finally returns, somewhat peeved. "They only take credit cards but they don't tell you that until you try to give them cash..." Poor training. Plus, what's a small sign cost?... Ok, get in, tickets scan without issue. Finding the seats was troublesome. I don't know if this was a new crew of Live Nation employees, but no one seemed to know where the seats were. We were in section 202, which is towards the middle, on the second level back, near the soundboard. First L/N employee sends us up the stairs to section 200, but the gal up there says, "No, you need to go back down and wak towards the center, and then go left up into section 202." So we turn around, (against traffic, picture about a hundred people all walking around like zombies trying to find their seats). We find 202, up the steps. Row C, easy enough. Seats 39 and 40. Row has 70 seats, but the other end is backed up against a stage spotlight, so if you're in seat 69, you need to crab walk all the way across the row. In the effort to get more sell-able seats, they designed several rows like this, which are horrible for the people in those seats. Luckily, we were only about half way across, so only 35 other people had to put up with us squeezing past. I have to admit I didn't need Counting Crows. I stopped listening to new music around 1990, so I didn't know anything about them, but that's neither here nor there. The people who like them seemed satisfied. About an hour show, I suppose, I went out to the lobby to get a couple of tee shirts before Santana on. When Santana came out, every body cheered, Ok, that's good. But there were some VIP boxes in front of us, and the drunked up foursome in one directly in front of our seats decided to stand and dance around. Ok, I can see people having fun at a concert and letting go. But I go to a concert to see the show, not watch some overweight 60 year old blonde wriggle around with her arms in the air for two hours. They would not sit back down, and our neighbors on either side of us were peeved as we were. These boors blocked the view of about eight or ten people in the rows behind them. Somebody called a L/N guy to come and ask them to sit, but all he did was stand there in the box next to the dancer. Then SHE sat down, but her male friend STOOD there, directly in front of us, for the entire show. Another L/N employee came by, talked to them, and then we all of us shouted at her, she turned to us and basically yelled, "They can do whatever they want, we can't make them sit down." Nice. You can make my wife use a Barbie concert purse, but you can't ask a drunk asshole from Cherry Hill to sit his ass down and not block the view of half a dozen people behind his fat ass. Luckily, there were seats to my right that were empty, so about four of us shifted right, so we could see, but that was only because the seats were empty. Had they been filled, we and several others would have been blocked the whole night, unless WE stood up, and then the people behind us would be blocked, et cetera et cetera. Also, the sound was pretty bad, very muddled and the vocals were down in the mix. That's not L/N's fault but it was the worst sound I can remember. read more

As someone who loves live music and has seen probably 50 shows at BB&T / Freedom Mortgage / Whatever-They-Are-Calling-It-This-Year, I think I'm done here, and I'm very sad to say that. The prices are going up exponentially year after year for no good reason. The service is non-existent. I've never seen so few **** given by a collective group of employees. This year I paid 40-50 bucks to PARK MY CAR each time I went, on top of 30-40 percent of each ticket I bought going toward "fees" of whatever the hell Live Nation wanted to charge. "Convenience fee" for literally having no choice in the matter, makes perfect sense. Oh by the way, surprise! This year, my wife can't even bring in her small (very small) purse. But, we have great news for you! For a "small fee", we have these lockers over here that she can store it in. No chairs either! But hey, for a "small fee", we have chairs you can rent! Beer for the low, low price of 17 bucks (plus tip, because I'm sure the employees pouring it are making minimum wage). Disgusting chicken fingers or a dry-ass pretzel for 10+ bucks each. Go screw yourselves, Live Nation/Ticketmaster. You've fleeced enough of my money, and you get no more. I'll miss the events, but honestly, the experience of having to deal with someone's hand in my pocket the whole time kind of ruined the experiences anyway. read more
