Timothy and Scott arrived on time as scheduled and fully explained the incorrect method the garbage disposal was installed which is no surprise. Been in this house 9 months and the previous owner did everything DIY. The drain from the sink to the basement was not correct after due to an oversize sink being installed and properly aligned(previous owner). Tim and Scott installed a new drain, repositioned the garbage disposal and new pvc, tubing, etc. They were very professional, personable and explained everything in layman's terms. Very fair pricing. I was not overcharged. From what I understand, they use a flat fee for the first job and a lower additional fee for each job after that. They were professional and respectful in clearing things up. Apparently they did not run the auger all the way to the septic. They certainly did not check, never looked at the tank. When the line backed up a second time I requested someone come out. I was told they were booked and it would be days before someone could get there. I spoke to young Mr. Taylor. He was unapologetic, had no empathy and was down right arrogant and antagonistic. I told him I would not use or recommend Taylor Plumbing in the future. His reply was, "You go for it buddy."
