The receptionist at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She was clearly on a personal phone call when we arrived at 5:40, she rudely told us "I'm the only person working and I have to do a mail drop, can you come back tomorrow". The next day we had the other registered owner if the car go and get belongings at 5:15 and she tried telling him the same thing. I was very disappointed in her demeanor and how she represented an otherwise great car towing company.
