Great service. On time and the best at what they do. I had some major work done on my Ekko and now it is a monster.

No haggle, fair on the trade and creative finance if if need be. I love that they let you test drive on your own so you can really look and think without someone chirping in your ear. The store isn't flashy, and I'm ok with that since I pay for flash. I've worked with David twice now and have been happy both times. Brian helped us get my son with bad credit, bought. Great extended warranty options.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership after purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee…read more When I first bought the vehicle, I pointed out a leak and a faulty headlight. I was promised that both issues would be fixed before I picked the vehicle up two days after signing the paperwork. That didn't happen. It took an entire week for them to finally repair the leak, and the headlight wasn't fixed until two days after that. Once I finally picked up the vehicle and brought it home, I discovered yet another issue -- a leak in the driver-side floorboard. I had to bring the vehicle back again so they could repair that as well. A few months later, the air suspension warning light came on. I immediately brought the vehicle in expecting the repair to be covered under the "bumper to bumper" warranty that I was told I had purchased. That's when I found out that the warranty I was sold was not actually full coverage as it had been explained to me during and even after the purchase. Since then, I've had to bring the vehicle back four separate times because the air suspension issue still has not been resolved. On top of that, I've already spent about $500 on diagnostic and labor fees trying to figure out the problem. To make matters worse, the service manager admitted that this is the first vehicle with air suspension they have worked on. Despite that, they have refused to take the vehicle to or consult with a certified mechanic who has experience with these systems to properly diagnose and fix the issue. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. Between the broken promises about repairs, the misleading explanation of the warranty, and the inability to properly diagnose a problem they admit they are unfamiliar with, I feel like I've been left dealing with ongoing issues and unnecessary costs. I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a vehicle here to be very cautious and get everything in writing.

I purchased my membership online (yesterday around 8:30am) & I'm going to suggest you do NOT do the same. I arrived shortly after 8am opening today & my license plate wasn't recognized. The 1st employee I interacted with informed me I had to give the system 24h to register my subscription. I was less than 30m early for the 24h mark. He said I could park up front & wait or come back. I decided to run an errand and come back. I arrived back around 10am. My license plate still was not recognized. The 2nd employee attempted to bring my membership up on the screen but it still wasn't showing as active even though I am able to bring it up on the webpage showing as Active. He did not want to let me in & only begrudgingly did so after I pointed out this would be the second time I was being turned away despite having a paid membership. If my future trips include issues like this, I will be cancelling my membership & going elsewhere.

I had planned to find a car wash that afternoon, and this one just happened to be in the right place at the right time. As soon as I pulled in, I was warmly greeted by a kind older gentleman who made me feel truly welcome and appreciated--he even gave me a free air freshener, which was such a thoughtful touch. I opted for their $22 wash package called All the Luv, and it definitely lived up to its name. I couldn't help but giggle when I saw the wash area playfully named the Tunnel of Luv--such a cheeky and fun detail! My SUV came out sparkling clean, and I was quickly back on the road to my next appointment. Fast, friendly, and convenient--what more could you ask for?

Step to the window and tell them why you're there. Pay admit $4 in cash but charge is okay when your find the part you need. $2 extra for card. I only had a par of pliers and a few men giggled and asked asked how I would get it off the car. I was handed apiece of paper, after doing research on the site ahead of time for the car and year I needed to match. My row was 144. It was a long sledge walk in slides ( I was fed up with calling around at that point). I found the row , and some comical roasts along the way ( see photo) but the actual models that fit my car were destroyed or already taken. I found a similar model that seemed to fit the measurements .. until I got back to my car. The part was $4. I paid in cash. I was given a receipt but told the part is as is. They gave me a fair offer right away and sent a driver to the tow yard to pick up my car. He handled everything and handed me a check on the spot. The only mistake I made was forgetting to remove my license plate and by the time I realized it, the car had already been crushed.
