Great neighborhood auto parts store. A little difficult to find the first time because it sits behind and offset from the shopping center it is next to, so keep that in mind. However, once you find them they are well stocked to meet your automotive parts needs and usually have someone on site who can walk you through most problems. Far from a DIY shop, they will do some basic things like change your battery and change out your windshield wipers, free of charge. read more

Wow! I went to this store today because my car died at work, got a jump and pulled in here as it was on the way home. Usually I go to a different franchise closer to my home but not any more! I was given the best customer service one could possibly ask for. I was tired, irritated at my dead car, and worried about being able to find out if it was my battery and getting it changed out. Maybe this is how things are supposed to be and I've just been going to the wrong place, but Scott was so knowledgeable and helpful. He cleaned all the crap off my battery, found out how old it was, sold me a new one and installed it right there and then. He was so friendly and agreeable, and honestly I left there feeling incredibly grateful and impressed. Thank you so much to my new auto parts and more store! read more

I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem where I felt out of place until today. I was in the store for almost 10 mins before I was even spoken to. Part of the time 2 people stood by a machine when it could've taken one person to help the Gentleman... but yet I stood there looking at them waiting to be spoken to and assisted. I was clearly irritated but was not rude because I give people a chance to redeem themselves. I think in the attempt to help me haphazardly help me he made me feel smaller. I needed help putting my light in. Couldn't help me. Ok cool. Policies change I get it but the response was Classic. Cool I'll figure it out myself. That's not your job. To add insult to injury they were extremely jovial and helpful with the people that came in after me. Coming all outside being extra helpful. I gave it 4 stars because I'm not going to let this 1 incident change years of experience. Last week Austin gave me excellent service with a smile. read more

I have been by this store twice in the last week and they are very friendly and courteous.

I like this neighborhood store. The staff are always very helpful. That was out to the test this past weekend. My man's car battery seemed to be dying, so we brought it in to get it tested. The guy saw that the warranty JUST ended in May, but he was able to prorate the cost -- basically half off!!!! That was a blessing!!! He even installed it for us -- I love that they have complimentary installments :) The guy never complained and always had a positive attitude even in the hot weather and long line of customers. read more

Quick service. Battery died, so after getting a jump I called them en route. They looked up the battery, told me they carried it and they'd see me in a few. Pulled in, paid less than expected, and they immediately installed (after a free battery test). Great place!! read more
