ive been coming here for years,,,,i usually find what i need every time…read more however, i'm very disappointed with this business. i went to get a part from a vehicle...in which it was only "one" of. paid to get in, went to get the part and it was not in the vehicle. how can you not keep an inventory on the items sold? what a waist of time and money.....imagine how many people loose their money becasue a part has already sold. the cashier should be able to tell you if the item has sold especially if they can ask you what part are you looking for. at least allow a entrence pass for another time if they won't refund a blank trip.

So, I bought the wrong ones a few days ago. I was not sure how to get the key out of my two fobs. David removed the old ones for me & replaced them, plus he gave me a refund since they were out of the other brand. I watched how polite & courteous David was with the 2 gentlemen ahead of me, who needed several different parts. His demeanor never changed even as he tried to help them, all the while ensuring that he had the correct part. I highly recommend this business for any & all auto parts. Opted to come to this location as it was on my route and man, do I ever regret having stopped by. I was kindly welcomed in by a young man, then when he started assisting the individual training him started reprimanding him for not having a pen as that meant he was out of uniform, and how he shouldn't ask for my phone number more than once, he may have been right BUT there is always a way to say things in a nice and kind way. The young man apologized to me and quickly found my account, the trainer at this point had walked away, the young man struggled to identify the details needed for my battery swap, he called the man training him and at that point said trainer tried convincing me that my battery was not under warranty. I explained that I had called and had confirmed it was prior to coming over, he kept insisting I didn't. The manager heard the guys talking and come over and quickly confirmed I was under warranty. They then proceeded to take another call while I stood there,waiting for like felt a lifetime. Once they came back to assist the trainee they went to look at batteries and came back to tell me they didn't have the battery for my vehicle and I needed to go to a different store. A woman at the store overheard them and must have felt bad for me standing there for 40 minutes so she had then call a different store to confirm they had the battery in stock. after a brief time on hold they confirmed they had it in stock. once i made it to the other store they checked the system and had me out in 10 minutes, something that took this store 40 min yo just tell me they didn't have it in stock. I also didn't appreciate the trainer guy telling me it wasn't on warranty trying to get me to purchase a new one.

And today, he tried to see if they could try to figure out the current issue that he's having with his bike (hoping it wasn't costly), they wanted nearly $200 just to CHECK it. Had a coolant leak in my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500. Took to Mike's for a diagnosis. Had good comms…read morebefore, during and after the work. There was a hoke in the plastic radiator these trucks have. Mike's provided an accurate and I think fair estimate for the repair and promptly completed the work. Good- Been two days now and no more coolant leaks. Questionable- When I picked the truck up at Mike's I noticed a clicking noise soon after starting the engine. I went back into the office but it went away before Mike and I got back out to the truck. I have noticed that same new noise once more since I got the truck home. If it persists I plan to take it back in.
