So, I bought the wrong ones a few days ago. I was not sure how to get the key out of my two fobs. David removed the old ones for me & replaced them, plus he gave me a refund since they were out of the other brand. I watched how polite & courteous David was with the 2 gentlemen ahead of me, who needed several different parts. His demeanor never changed even as he tried to help them, all the while ensuring that he had the correct part. I highly recommend this business for any & all auto parts. Opted to come to this location as it was on my route and man, do I ever regret having stopped by. I was kindly welcomed in by a young man, then when he started assisting the individual training him started reprimanding him for not having a pen as that meant he was out of uniform, and how he shouldn't ask for my phone number more than once, he may have been right BUT there is always a way to say things in a nice and kind way. The young man apologized to me and quickly found my account, the trainer at this point had walked away, the young man struggled to identify the details needed for my battery swap, he called the man training him and at that point said trainer tried convincing me that my battery was not under warranty. I explained that I had called and had confirmed it was prior to coming over, he kept insisting I didn't. The manager heard the guys talking and come over and quickly confirmed I was under warranty. They then proceeded to take another call while I stood there,waiting for like felt a lifetime. Once they came back to assist the trainee they went to look at batteries and came back to tell me they didn't have the battery for my vehicle and I needed to go to a different store. A woman at the store overheard them and must have felt bad for me standing there for 40 minutes so she had then call a different store to confirm they had the battery in stock. after a brief time on hold they confirmed they had it in stock. once i made it to the other store they checked the system and had me out in 10 minutes, something that took this store 40 min yo just tell me they didn't have it in stock. I also didn't appreciate the trainer guy telling me it wasn't on warranty trying to get me to purchase a new one.

And today, he tried to see if they could try to figure out the current issue that he's having with his bike (hoping it wasn't costly), they wanted nearly $200 just to CHECK it. Ended up finding a different shop that can check his bike for way cheaper. Also just found out this company buys their used motorcycles from auctions and jacks up the prices for them. Both side windows leaked only because ATC was cheeky with their window seals, they pulled them so tight in the sun they pulled away from the corners and leaked. Harley was going to send me enough seal to do the entire both windows, but I received about 2 ft if that. So I can piece it that should not be on a 3500. 00 item. There are scratches and Harley sent me touch up paint which will do in a pinch I supposed. To Harley's credit I lived in Alabama and he was working with me but not what was promised. Now I live in Lake City closer to you I will not buy another anything from Fred's
