The shop is located at 910 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32065. When I picked up the vehicle 8/6/25 2:00 PM EST immediately I noticed a small rubber piece falling apart in the interior of my car center counsel. I went back inside the business to speak to the young lady at the front desk and she went to get the Service Manager assistant. The service Manager Assistant tried to put the rubber piece back together he said because the car had been sitting out in the sun high temperatures this probably caused the damage after 15 minutes of the Assistant Manger trying to fix the issue. I got in the car a drove off to return home I notice the gas level was used by a quarter of a tank when I brought the car into Caliber Collison for minor work to be done to the front grill only the vehicle gas tank was full as request by Caliber Collison. As I was driving I noticed that my door fixtures did not completely match I had all silver shinny chrome inside and now the inside panel where the electronic controls are have cheap plastic fixture dull silver for the feature that moves the side view mirrors. My car was top of the line...Also, my driver's door was very heavy, one of the features of my car doors was that the doors were light in weight and were designed to be shut with ease. I noticed that my Side-View Mirror on the drivers side was very bulky and the outside of the mirror was freshly glued somewhat loose. I had small mirrors originally on my car. The mirrors now are very bulky/ large with a hard rubber piece bulging out around the mirror. I looked at my doors and the rubber lining insulation inside the window of the door is separating from the inside. After I arrived home I called Caliber Collision very upset. I spoke to the Manager at Caliber Collision name starts with a ''J'' I shared when I picked my car up there was some issues with the center council rubber part and also that my doors were not the original doors that were initially on the car both the passenger door and drivers door and side mirrors on the drivers side was switched from my original parts. The manager said ''I don't understand what you're saying not sure how that could have happened I have pictures when the car was brought in do what you have to do.'' I later realized my two front seats are no longer the original seats that came with my car bought directly from Mercedez Benz and the seats in the back have all been replaced with aftermarket cheap seats. My car has never been in a shop overnight to have any repairs done except for the minor accident repair at Caliber Collision 8/31/25--8/6/25 with minor damage to the grill in front of the vehicle on the bottom a plastic piece needed to be replaced. My car has been garage kept in excellent condition since I bought the vehicle until the accident. I did not authorization Caliber Collision to remove any inside parts from my car there was no inside damage to my vehicle. I need to look my entire car over now... I want to warn other consumers beware and pay close attention to your vehicle. I am very upset, disappointed, and saddened to have placed trust in Caliber Collision 910 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32065 and to learn and experience practices that make collision companies look bad. I have loss faith in Caliber Collision 910 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL and view the actions that I experienced as illegal and downright despicable. I am not looking for any money back or financial compensation I want my original car parts back in my GLE- 350 Mercedes vehicle and I want the staff member who did this act held accountable. I know Caliber Collision has cameras, and the CEO needs to review the video and find out which one of their staff took my vehicle for any length of time, burned a quarter of a tank of gas and stole my original Mercedes Parts and replaced original parts with aftermarket parts like a chop shop...
