The gym floor has several spots with dangerous trip hazards/holes. The party room floor is worn and torn in several places. Be careful holding on to the handrail leading to the party room as it is very loose. There is no handicap access to the party room. The 20+ kids had fun running around the "somewhat" structured time on the gym floor. The children ages 4-7 spent half an hour in one area with a gym worker then were off on their own for free play.

The most important first Gymnastics is a sport where injuries happen. So whether you compete or do it recreationally you want to be in good hands. The coaches are highly competent. They know what and when and how. If you want serious results the sky is the limit here. BUT the coaches also young and fun and warm and flexible. So your kid is going truly enjoy it and will probably fall in love with the sport. And they offer tons of classes, levels, and options. Plus worth to mention the facility is sparklingly new and well equipped. Also as it is new and growing business your child will get lots of attention. The same with trampoline, a fun approach to teach discipline, strength and confidence. My kids love being here and always leave confident and feeling loved. Because trampolines can be dangerous if not used appropriately the coaches will correct and redirect kids to use the equipment safely. Other reviews cite coaches being stern, however, this environment is so safe (and it needs to be to prevent injury) and I feel very comfortable and confident that my kids are being trained safely and properly. Safety is a huge component of their program.

The owner aggressively yelled at our daughter and even went so far as to grab her arm--completely inappropriate behavior, especially for someone working with young children. What makes it worse is that despite clear footage showing the incident, the owner denied it ever happened and has refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of reimbursement. All the children run through the hallway--ours was no different--but instead of addressing it with the parents, the owner went straight to the child in a confrontational and unacceptable manner. We have never been treated this way at any children's activity before. If you can't handle working with kids respectfully and calmly, you shouldn't be running a business for them. I would not recommend this place to any parent who values their child's safety and emotional well-being.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the party setup. When I arrived to decorate, I was informed that our party would be held downstairs in what appeared to be a makeshift corner area. This space is normally used for two tables and chairs where parents sit to watch their children during gymnastics classes. I was never informed ahead of time that the party space would be located there. The area also had a low ledge/bar that the kids repeatedly hit their heads on because it is designed for seating, not for hosting a children's party. It felt cramped and unsafe for a group of excited kids. I found it very unprofessional that this was not communicated to me in advance. Had I known the party would be set up this way, I likely would have reconsidered booking. I hope the management improves communication with families in the future so others don't experience the same surprise and disappointment.

The 2 girls that worked the party were great and helpful with all the girls in attendance. Gloria was absolutely fantastic with the girls. When my daughter got home, not only was she extremely happy and talking non stop about the party, but she loved how Gloria made her feel extra special in everything that they did. The girls running the party had a plan from the start and it flowed perfectly. My wife and I could not have been happier with it all. This was a welcome breath of fresh air for us after having another local gymnastics place in Bridgewater cancel our party 2 weeks ago that had been booked for 7 weeks at the time and left us in a panic. We didn't know at the time what we would do for the party but feel fortunate to have found and booked Paramount for the party. Big, clean, fun and accommodating facility. I think the staff here is a clear reflection of leadership and direction of the owners and managers and you should be proud. They care about the customers, they care about their business.
