So I came in and was basically scolded by the lady that I "should have come on a weekday" and that "ugh." On and on and on.... I tried to tell her that her own colleague told me to come in and she just huffed .... I mean, c'mon. You know.... I actually had prepared a list of things I wanted to see straight off of their website, and she was overtly annoyed (!!) that I had some many things. Ummm.... Newsflash: This is an industry for customers who are about to drop a pretty penny on your goods and keep you employed--be nice to them--esp if they are prepared and haven't even had a chance to be high maintenance yet. Yes, they have a large selection but it's probably good to go there, get ideas and then spend your time and money elsewhere with someone who actually values it. Unbelievable. The front desk lady was nice, their bathroom is clean, and they have snacks. That's why they get 1 star.

First, let me drop you in on a little secret: APT 46 DOES THE COOLEST FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS ANYWHERE. She gets the most unusual and fabulous flowers and has such an artistic eye in her arrangements, they are outrageous, really. Just amazing. I have gotten two arrangements for my beloved, both of which were received with bliss. That sounds corny, doesn't it? Well, that's my fault, not the flowers. Ok, now the shop. This shop is so well-appointed with a wide variety of reasonably-priced and unique items, it is always difficult for me to NOT buy the entire store. Seriously. I could find a nook or cranny in my home for this entire shop, and would be thrilled to do just that. But I dig up some restraint and limit myself to a few choice items. Last time I picked up a huge mirror star that is now hanging proudly in my living room. I also got some darling Halloween items there, so I highly recommend checking out Apt 46 during any special holiday. Oh wow, the chocolate-pumpkin malt balls!!! HEAVEN!!! But don't wait for a holiday. Treat yourself to Apt 46 anytime you can, and I promise you will find a several delightful things you cannot do without. We found the couch style we liked, picked a performance fabric, chose how many cushions, seat firmness, seat depth, chaise length and width. Literally everything was customized! I also love that it's made in California without any forever chemicals. I didn't want a prop 65 warning on our couch especially since we have a new baby at home. Daniel was so helpful in the store with all of our questions and he had great suggestions and made sure that we knew our options. We never felt pressured into anything and that's really appreciated. Being it's made to order they said it would take 4-6 weeks but it was delivered in 3 weeks!!! Love this place and highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Giorgi Bros was one of the best retail experiences we've ever had. We were greeted warmly, asked if we wanted to look around or was there something they could show us. GREAT question. We told the saleswoman what we were looking for & she walked us all the way to the back of the showroom & showed us exactly what we had pictured & hoped for. I don't think that's ever happened to us before. Sales process was easy, they asked for 50% down & let us know about when the furniture would be ready for delivery. Here's where it gets even better. About 3 weeks after our visit to Giorgi Brothers, we stopped into a furniture store in San Bruno to look at tables. We saw the same sofa we had just purchased at Giorgi, but it was almost $300 less & they offered free shipping. Now what? Too late to cancel, but quite a price disparity. I got a written price quote from store #2, submitted it with a gently worded email to Giorgi Brothers, asking if they might consider matching the price and they said YES. I was floored. I want to give big props to everyone at Giorgi Brothers for their above & beyond excellent service and standing by their policy of price-matching. They now have us as customers for life & we are spreading the word to everyone we know who's in the market for beautiful furniture & quality customer service

Unsettling experience. I visited the store just minutes ago, and was denied entry. The illuminated…read moresign on the exterior says it's open. The hours on their website suggest they would be open. Upon arrival the door was locked, so I gave the showroom a call, and spoke to a woman on the phone. She said she would get someone to open the door for me. I was relived to see an employee walking in the showroom, and assumed she was coming to open the door. She looked at me and kept walking. No acknowledgment or anything. Perhaps it's the way I look that warranted this type behavior and lack of customer service? I'm young with a dark complexion. Oh well. I guess I'll give my money to Crate & Barrel or West Elm instead.

I saw a really cute littke Snoopy figure in the window and went in to ask about it. I stood in front of the salesperson who was behind a counter on a phone or just distracted and I said hello. I asked about the Snoopy in the window. He told me it was $50. I asked if I could see it. He told me I would need to buy it to see it. What kind of store does that? Apparently this store that I won't be buying a Snoopy at. Ugh. There's so much random stuff in this store that I don't understand it at all. Unpolished silver, used vintage silk tops with armpit stains, hats, art to decorate your oldest living relative's house...and a Fender Knock off guitar in the window selling for $450, but worth less than $60.

She gave me her number and was so responsive whenever I had questions. When we went back, Tony was just as helpful in guiding us toward the right fountain. He took the time to turn different ones on for us so we could really picture them in our space, and he also showed us the color options, which made it much easier to decide.
