For a long time I've been thinking that Clement needs better offerings in the way of consignment stores. This hidden gem fills that spot perfectly! The store has beautiful home goods and great clothing brands (like Joie, Diane Von Furstenberg, Rag & Bone, All Saints) in great shape and for great prices! I got a gorgeous Tocca slinky black dress for about $35! Equivalent to what's sold at places like Wasteland in the Haight but for *much* lower prices & by *much* friendlier staff. This is Simply Chic's (on Fillmore) sister store. I hope they always keep their prices low and their staff so nice! Highly recommend!!! read more

I've walked up and down Fillmore daily and never walked into Warren until this past weekend. I saw in the window a few interesting things and had no idea there was a thrift estate sake store here still. I saw a really cute littke Snoopy figure in the window and went in to ask about it. I stood in front of the salesperson who was behind a counter on a phone or just distracted and I said hello. I asked about the Snoopy in the window. He told me it was $50. I asked if I could see it. He told me I would need to buy it to see it. What kind of store does that? Apparently this store that I won't be buying a Snoopy at. Ugh. There's so much random stuff in this store that I don't understand it at all. Unpolished silver, used vintage silk tops with armpit stains, hats, art to decorate your oldest living relative's house...and a Fender Knock off guitar in the window selling for $450, but worth less than $60. read more

Sorry I just had to write an update about the BS response. "As a professional, established estate sale company, we pride ourselves pricing our items at or below fair market value." The item im referring to is a $20 item you were asking over 5 times the value. I find the same stuff at thrift stores for $2. "We expect customers to enter our sales using their smart phone and using apps such as eBay, Google Lens and/or the Book scanner app. So, we understand how some people like yourself shop. We price our items reasonable so the reseller can buy it and use their own mark-up. " I didnt use my phone the information is in my head. I've picked for over 20 years and my knowledge is higher than the average flipper. Again you were asking over a hundred for something I find elsewhere for $2. No way are we going to come to a mutual price when were are that far apart. I see all the one review users, those aren't fake profiles at all. Just give up, your estate sales are pathetic. read more

Warren Estate Sales is my "go to" for estate sales. The team works so hard, often late into the evenings, as you can see from their Facebook and Instagram posts. You can tell they have a great rapport with each other, as well as clients (many of them "regulars"). They accommodate everyone as best they can, depending on how busy it is. This includes holding purchases while people continue shopping, helping them carry things, etc. May and Jason are great, and together they have an impressive knowledge of items. I think they've been doing this awhile! The true gem, however, is Jackie, who always has a smile on her face and brings optimism & humor to every sale she works at. Her pre-sale video tours are priceless. Have a seat & bring out the popcorn, as these are pure entertainment! Her kindness and open honesty are something we can all learn from. Warren Estate Sales just helped me through a most difficult time. I inherited a home after my sister unexpectedly passed away and I live in Los Angeles and the house is in San Francisco. I needed someone whom I could trust to host estate sales without me being present. I also needed someone who could deal with an occupant in the house who didnt want to leave. Not only did May and her team, with special thanks to Jackie, make the house presentable, host 2 in person sales along with a virtual sale and help me sell and donate my sister's belongings, but they also helped me with the occupant, who finally left a few days after the final estate sale. A tricky situation to manage. Such a relief to deal with my sister's belongings, make some $ and no longer have to deal with anyone living in the house. I don't like to give bad reviews, but kind of disappointed. We want to Novato estate sell.( It was two day sell, from 10:00 to 3:00pm). Fist day we have been there at around 2:45, and I liked some painting, I said I will comeback tomorrow ( because the last day usually everything should be half price, and they confirm it m, that the second day everything will be 50% off). I returned next day 10:05, there was a sign that this painting is sold, Ok( no hold, no returns on estate sells right? The painting was hanging there until 12:45 I left). Second, I approached to shelf with teacups and saucer and some young girl ( an assistant ) came to assist me, I wanted to pick up few of them, than someone came to us and told that she brought all off them, the young girl and me double asked " All of them?". Than the organizer approved that " Yes, she both all of them". The buyer came closer to shelf and stated pointing out,that she bought this, this and this( so she did not buy everything , she just making her selection...). In the end I bought 2 paintings and they did not want to give me 50%...it is not fair right?? Finally other one confirmed that everything is 50%). In the end I wanted to buy some glass decorations, they said it's sold...no sign or anything. My point is, if it's private sell, why you put it on public??? Or if you like something to keep yourself, do it from the beginning. I have been many Bay Area Estate Sells, never seen this type of disrespect... read more

Anyone who needs assistance with consigning items MUST consider using Warren Estate Sale. This wonderful establishment is owned by a husband and wife team, May and Jason. My parents passed away three years ago and after combing through 40 + years of hoardy glory, we finally arrived at an amount of objects and large furniture that was manageable. I found Warren Estates on Yelp and decided to give them a try because they are a locally owned, small business and their reviews are good. May is responsive, patient, upbeat, organized, and honest . Within a few transactions, we were able to clear out the last pieces of my parents' home and at a very reasonable price. Jason is a wonderful partner. He makes sure the moving of objects occurs safely, and serves as a double-checker regarding the exchange of finances. Though I was worried how I was going to get this done --I live and work in Carlsbad--May and Jason made this a pleasant and seamless experience. Brava for jobs well done. Like this place A LOT! Bought a painting as was quoted $75 but when the sales person called the owner she said she wanted over $100. The sales person stuck to the price she gave me and I thought that was truly honorable. I try to hit this place up once a month as they always have new merchandise at reasonable prices and top quality. They also have great jewelry! I recently inherited an unusual, tiny house in San Francisco and was unsure what to do with the massive amount of collectibles inside.
