With Covid they have had some staffing challenges which has created struggles for them to come to the Flagstaff Market for a couple of summers now, but on occasion we go to the Prescott Market and when my job brings me to Chino Valley, I take the opportunity to stop at their farm-stand in Paulden! Cory and Shanti always have a great variety of whatever is in season or what can be grown in their greenhouses! Everything is so fresh! With a couple of storage tips from sites like stilltasty.com, the produce from here can last for weeks! They also have the best tomatoes and roasted chilies when the season calls for it! One year when they were at the Flagstaff Market, Flagstaff Chef John Conley brought Guy Fieri to the market as he was filming for "Guys Family Road Trip." It was just awesome to see Cory and Shanti being interviewed. Our friends and family got a kick seeing us in the background on the show! Right now they have dried flowers, but when in season, they have the most beautiful fresh flowers that last, last, last! Many varieties as well! So, if you are in the Prescott area and have an event, definitely look them up for your floral arrangements! Sign up for their fantastic newsletter at Whipstone.com that always has great pics and recipes! Don't miss an opportunity to check them out at the Prescott Market or go directly to their farm-stand! I'll be hoping that they come back to Flagstaff's Market soon!

Various vendors selling beef share, breakfast and lunch burritos, local harvested honey, fresh vegetables and fruits, pies, soaps, ice cream, fish, etc We had arrived when it "opened" at 8am but most still seemed to still be setting up. We walked around once, decided to walk the dog nearby for a bit to give them some more time, then came back to go around again. We had tried LOQUITA COCINA which was at the front of the entire market, who was selling breakfast and lunch burritos. Friends had gotten the chorizo and egg breakfast burrito where i got a lunch chicken burrito. salsa available for an extra $2. delicious burritos and friendly owner I had picked up some local Arizona honey from PAYNE GULCH next stall over too. They had each honey labeled with its various "uses" too like antiseptic, anti-inflammatory or if its good for headache, stomach ache, etc. I asked which was the most unique and they didn't really give me an answer but they said the "orange blossom" honey was the purest you can get, so i tried that. Honestly dont really know differences in honey We had originally came here to try CHEEKY KIWI CONES but they "called out" due to the smokiness in the air due to the recent Pocket Fire just north of Sedona. SAD Nice little market to visit in the morning if you are nearby. Tomatoes and pies looked good too.
