1st time here, and it was Bright on the inside come up and you pay an order all on the kiosk.. And then they call your name on the digital screen and show you what you ordered give you your package and you are on your way. I thought it was absolutely beautiful inside yummy and tasty and I got 4 big cookies and 20 bucks later I get to eat my cookies. read more

The manager there is very very rude! The girls sit and are talking between themselves being very loud and talking about another employee about how they hate them etc. !!!! I used to spend about $150.00 a week ! Not anymore, I haven't gone back since!!!! read more

Crumbl you do a decent job on the cookies but majority of the time the cookies are raw and that's not okay sometimes your cookies are way too sweet but the cakes OMG they are to die for good job on that but the customer service yikes they need to work on it . I had walked in a few weeks ago and I wasn't welcomed in or until I asked if they except cash and so I ordered at the front counter young man that "helped" me yikes one sentence really and expected a tip I still tipped because it's a nice thing but , when they were done they handed me my cookies and was rude then walked away and continued talking about a boy that she liked . read more

They seemed in a hectic situation. They were out of rhe cookie if the week I wanted. I tried substituting with another one but they were also out of that one. Felt bad so I just chose one that was for sure I'm stock. read more

I tried their French toast cookies.. They put syrup on them and it ended up all over my pants.. the young girl cashier thought it was pretty funny and was smirking.. Thanks, now I get to have syrup all over my pants for the rest of the day.. Maybe next time, give paper towels with your French toast cookie and warn your customers to be careful.. perhaps show a little regret for making a mess on and ruining your customer's clothes instead of smirking at them about it. read more

Fresh; Friendly service; lots of creative choices. I have had cookies from several locations and they are always good.

The cookies are huge and full of flavor. They're a little pricey, but so worth it. I like the fact that the flavors change every week and it kinda gives it this feeling of suspense and excitement....all for a cookie! Lol. It's the little things in life. These cookies are amazing. I wish they had GF ones so I could enjoy them but I get them for the hubby and my son and they love them!

Lines are always long, order ahead. A little expensive but a lot of choices, all good. We had these in Ca. Glad they are here now.

I prefer human interaction but after being greeted the ladies continued making cookies and didn't meet me at the counter. After a few awkward seconds I made my way to the monitors and placed my order. But the lady that brought me my cookies made up for it with a nice smile and being friendly.
