A gem! We were visiting a friend in this area and were happy to find such yummy food and a welcoming atmosphere. I encourage anyone in the area to try this place! I would have liked to try breakfast but we left for our hikes earlier than they opened (8am on Saturday and Sunday). We did stop by again for banana bread and it was on point! We will be back.

Best food in town or any town at least within an hour. One stop shop Dog friendly and welcome 1. Love the outdoor seating, place is peaceful and this is how I like to have a nice lunch. The decor and everything about is really cool. 2. Customer service everyone was super friendly and welcoming nonsmoking I'm used to seeing now a days. Specially where I'm front. 3. Food was on point - breakfast burrito while on the smaller side had a lot of good flavor and the bacon was fantastic. Not some cheap Costco stuff. The salsa had a lot of flavor and was very herbaceous, which I like because then you could use it for a lot of different things. - also had to grab something out of the pastry box and today I decided on a doughnut which was really good. The dough was not oily. Had a nice texture to it. It was very filling and I would definitely recommend these. I have also had the cookies from this place many times before and I would recommend all of them specially, the walnut sesame seed or the molasses. -Iced coffee, definitely the best plain iced coffee I've ever had had a lot of flavor. All I added was a little bit of creamer.

What a gem. This place is a must stop. It offers coffee, hotdogs, sandwiches, treats, quality merchandise, and souvenirs. Their hotdogs are outstanding. Their merchandise is high end. So many options to choose from. Staff is nice. Restrooms are clean. I'll stop here again when driving through.

I move a lot for…read morework, so, I have been a "regular" customer in flagstaff, Tucson, and Phoenix, and now, Prescott. Something is really wrong at this Prescott location - it's by far the worst of any JM I've been to. Their service is always really slow and inattentive - and they have no idea of how to call out finished orders (esp. mobile orders), so you never know when your food is ready. So, since the service is generally bad, we only eat here every once in a while. To try to solve the slow service problem, the last three times we've ordered, we did mobile pick up or delivery. Jokes on us, because this only made it worst - all three times they have succeeded in getting multiple sandwiches wrong in our order. And this is particularly bad, because on pickup/delivery you don't find out the order was wrong until you drive all the way back to home/work and hand them out to everyone - so, the only way to fix the problem is to take an hour out of your day and drive back - reorder - and then drive home. It's usually not possible if you're at work, and not worth it if you're at home. It sucks. In the words of Ned Flanders: "I would have expected this kind of service at Subway, but not here!" And I know this isn't a typical scenario, so it's not really 100% their fault, but, JM: you made my autistic son have a mini meltdown today, because he can eat certain foods, and his was one of the orders you got wrong. Get it together, JM, if we are paying $12 for a 7" sandwich, just please, please, get it right.

It has a really cute outdoor patio but it had been a little rainy so we ate indoors. It was cute and cozy. They even have a little bar and open kitchen. Entrees include bread with Boursin cheese & carrot slaw, and a salad with homemade vinaigrette. I had the shrimp scampi and my husband had the mushroom ravioli. The pasta is homemade and the entrees were huge. Our server Karla was over the top friendly and nice. We were chatting about recently having purchased a house in the area and when she boxed up the rest of my meal she also brought out a slice of complimentary lemon tart to go as a welcome. A generous and colorful house salad comes with each entree and is served before the entree. All were delicious. A great place, with great service and delicious food. We will be back.

We're all mostly using the drive through anyway. I rate based on what I expect and it's really not that "dirty" for a fast food joint. Hard to beat on a great roll. I came in to try their new waygu burger. Well not overly impressed. They use a flat iron grill to cook which is ok but they had the temperature a little to hot turning the maillard reaction ( the browning of meat to develop flavor) into a thin charcoal layer that will put hair on your chest as my Dad used to say when the meat got messed up. The lettuce tomato and sauce was great though I'm glad I ate at the inside tables. Because it was messy! The inside of the meat had a vague blush of pink but was pretty dry. So I do not recommend this though not a bad price. This is why the three stars. I also ordered my main stay of the Arby's roast beef sandwich which was as usually is perfect and my favorite. A four star all the way. Again if you stick to the traditionally Arby's it's great. At risk with other stuff.
