They advised the key had a lanyard/string around it. I was very perplexed by this because we have all keys that were issued to us and never have we had any keys with strings/lanyards around them. I went to the facility and thankfully nothing appeared missing. I called management and advised that my lock they issued must have been recycled because someone must have had a key and unlocked it. I asked if they would replace my lock with a new one. I also asked perhaps they were mistaken and it was a different storage room than mine that they found unlocked. The manager became defensive and said I was accusing her of being dishonest and that it is against their policy to recycle locks. She said she had a picture of my unit when she found it unlocked, and she knows it was mine unlocked. I asked if she could send me the picture and she said she no longer has it. I informed her that I am not accusing anyone of dishonesty, but rather that there must have been some mistake on their end- either they mistakenly identified the unlocked storage facility as mine or they mistakenly used the same lock on our unit so that a previous renter still has a key. The manager said they would not replace my lock and if I wanted to I could go buy another one and ended the call. Wow. I will be moving out of this storage facility. The mistake is on their end and instead of hearing me out, replacing the lock, they told me it was my fault and to deal with it. No thanks. I want a facility that is going to keep my stuff safe and then support me if there are issues.

This place told me they had cameras covering the area when I signed up, but when I needed the footage, suddenly that wasn't true. They wouldn't even help me with the situation. Refused to give me the owner's name or number. Simply claimed to have called them and they said they didn't do it. You can see from the pictures how these guys parked their truck over the line in our space. The damage literally lines up perfectly with the piece of their metal ramp on the back of the truck. There were pieces of my fiberglass wall on it! Two different police officers confirmed it. Insurance investigator had to get involved. Your vehicle is not safe here and the owner/manager will do nothing to help you!

Company (corporate) changed emails associated with this location (from 0155@nsabrands.com to 8155@nsabrands.com and with no bounce-backs/delivery failures from original) without notification and yet felt perfectly comfortable in refusing to remove $12/month renter's insurance fee even though I had (and sent proof of to the original email) renter's insurance the entire time I was renting space.

When I was coming here for an event I was told by a person to park in "parking lot E" which I…read morethought maybe was the university's nickname for the place but then I looked on google map and there is...literally a parking lot E! Eureka! As far as I know during regular business hours its only for faculty and staff only but in the evenings, weekends and when the Bailey Center has a performance guest can park here for free but don't quote me on that... you should definitely call the Bailey Center first to double check. Their number is (470) 578-6650. The parking lot is on the left side of the Bailey center if you're looking at it on google map. I've used the parking lot on the weekends to meet up with folks at the Wilson Anex Center before and for evening choir practice. Pretty convenient spot except for when it rains... you have to walk on the shooshy grass medians and get your shoes all muddy...
