Not using this service ever again. Don't recommend it. At the least, I don't recommend this location. If you're renting a U Haul use a real U Haul location because this was a nightmare and a hassle. Very unimpressed. Whoever owns this should be very disappointed in their service. I will be steering people away from this location.

I had to make my way to this U-Haul location because the previous location I tried had a truck that was completely out of gas. I was thankful this place at least maintained their trucks reasonably well. Getting the truck wasn't too bad of a process. Returning the truck was a total nightmare. The two employees that were working had 0% politeness and 100% attitude. We were supposed to finish the final steps of the return on the app, but the app wouldn't load. Fortunately, one of the employees relented and said he'll finish checking us out and not charge us the extra fee that we were threatened with. It's bonkers that U-Haul can get away with consistently bad service. This is far from the only U-Haul location with terrible staff. I think I'll give Penske the chance to ruin my day next instead of giving this trash company any more of my business.

Target, U-Haul, etc. And I have been really surprised how much individual boxes cost. Husband did an internet search and found this place and we realized the cost per box was really great! And they offer all the side bits too, like tape guns, and bubble wrap, and packing paper. I called around 11:30am and explained what I would need and the lady helped me with pricing and options and I placed my order. And around 2:30pm I received a call saying my delivery would arrive shortly. And about a half hour later, it was here! Even in ATL Friday afternoon traffic. And delivery was free!!!!! (I think you do need to order a certain amount for the free part) Everyone I dealt with were as nice as could be. I so highly recommend them. The property is secure and the facility is clean. Now the office is run with virtual computers set up by Reliant Mangement and customer service no longer exists. They are absolutely horrible. I would be extremely cautious in giving them any credit card or debit card information for auto payment as they are now streamlining cash from their customers by issuing you an invoice for one amount and charging your credit card a higher amount. Of course you cannot speak to any management because they are busy hiding behind their cameras and email system. I would also be aware when renting any unit as they will give you one price and then two months later substantially increase your monthly amount.
