Unprofessional environment, told me the insurance required 450 dollar down payment. Did not disclose half was a fee for them. Bad phone reps, hung up on outright a few times. My rep was wearing dark glasses in the office. They have a shelf loaded with cheap cologne , like a bunch a pickup artists work there instead of insurance agents. I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this location last week, I was assisted by a sales representative who was highly unprofessional. His name is I believe Jonathan Not only was his personal appearance unkempt and below the standard I expect from a business, but his behavior was completely inappropriate. He made several comments that felt like unwanted flirting rather than professional assistance, which made me feel very uneasy. A sales environment should feel safe and professional, and this was neither. I will not be returning to this establishment and would caution others especially women to be wary of the service here. Came into this location with a friend who was in desperate need to change her car insurance. She was having trouble communicating with her previous insurance company so I suggested we go to Freeway Insurance since I know that they have great customer service. Arlenis was the agent that helped us. She was very knowledgeable, patient and just overall very professional. She was able to help my friend find a plan that worked for her and her family. From the moment we walked in she made sure we were helped. Just a heads up for new customers there is no way to pay your bill without paying a ten dollar convenience fee. Only way to avoid the fee is coming into the office to pay or setting up auto pay. So the quote they give you is not technically correct if theres a fee to pay your bill. read more

Some idiot try to steal my car and ended up breaking the ignition. I went with my insurence and I was sure that I would pay a little toward my deductible. I was a bit upset that I didn't get any road side assistance that were free. I am fully coverage and it was 1000 deductible.... I went to get info to see if i could save money on my current policy, I dont know what she did but supposedly I started on a new policy that I never agreed on! I had automatic payments on my current policy she said to stop those and to make the payment there with a check,So thats what I did! Auto payment still went through and also they tried to cash the check which i did not allowed cause I wasnt going to pay my policy twice! i spoke to a representative by the name of Juan about 6 times and explained to him what happened cause they kept calling me and asking me to cover the check, like hell no, My policy is already being paid. Then I asked for the broker fee did not get an answer would change the subject and said since my car was salvage. My insurance was coming up so expensive.. 300. 00 dols. To start? Something didn't sound right.so I got the policy. Days after I got a lot of quotes I found out how fool I was to get freeway ins. So I went in and cancel found out I was only getting 50 dolls. Back because 200 dols.was the broker fee for the company?? It is ridiculous. Amount of money. I tried to negotiate at least half of the money..but they said it was to late once you sign you loose that money. I would not recommend nobody that wants a cheap insurance. read more

Arlenis is an angel. I called Geico and was quoted over 400 a month because of my lack of driving experience. Arlenis took care of that and got me the same coverage through infinity for 102 a month. She was a real person who addressed all of my concerns and was super patient with me. The broker fee was about 400 which is high, but I'm still saving a ton of money and TBH Arlenis deserves whatever portion of that she gets and then some. read more
